I know why the drive thru line is always long. The people who are taking orders are too busy talking to each other instead of taking orders. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the young lady, still didn't get it correct. So, I just left. It wasn't even a complicated order, she was just more concerned with what her coworkers were discussing. I could hear her conversation on the other speaker through the other drive thru line.

Went through the drive through for my coffee . Like I do often , only brought $100 bill with me . Didn’t bring my wallet because I was rushing in my break. No sign that says we don’t accept $100 at all she takes it at first then hands it back and says we don’t take $100 . I said what she said $ 100 are considered fake often so we don’t risk it . I’m sorry when do you not take money . How do you not have a machine or workers that can tell ? So I said that’s all I brought I didn’t have my purse she said pretty much sorry , oh well . I drove off after waiting in a long line . I called back to speak with a supervisor the manager said no supervisor there they come and go they never know when they come , but can take my name and number down . I said why didn’t you even offer me my coffee and food for the inconvenience . She said well you can come back for your coffee , at that point I drove away already I wasn’t going turn around . As a manager you should’ve offered it to me as an inconvenience, but no she waited to after I called and complained about it to come back . I will never be back to this location , lost my business for life .

Ordered online , picked up order , went inside because it was wrong , talked to manager , she went to fix it , she fixed it as I thought but it was still wrong . As I told her there was suppose to 2 pieces of Canadian bacon . She looked puzzled . This location doesn't under stand english enough it help customers. Mcdonalds what are you doing ?

Usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald’s was honestly a letdown As soon as I walked in, it was clear that maintenance isn't a priority here. The floors were sticky, nearly every table had crumbs or old soda spills on them, and the trash cans were overflowing. The bathroom was in even worse shape ,it looked like it hadn't been checked in hours. It’s hard to feel comfortable eating in a place that feels this neglected. The service was the most frustrating part. There seemed to be a very clear pattern of favoritism. I noticed that certain customers specifically those from the local Latino community were greeted warmly, served quickly, and given priority, while others were left standing at the counter being ignored. When I finally did get to order, the staff was dismissive and rushed me through, despite the fact that they were being perfectly friendly to the people in line right before me.

I bought Big Mac meal. Both the burger and the fries were very dry and cold. I was in a hurry to somewhere is why I couldn't turn back to return it. The fries were very thin, very dry and cold. I couldn't eat the food, I will never return to this location.
