McDonald's Menu Prices at 1109 W 7th St ★3.4 (2265)

John Lafontant is owner of this store I tried calling him apparently he dont answer his phone. This store is bad DONOT GO HERE ! I am selling all my McDonalds. stock. The Einstiens who thought putting in Kiosks that dont accept cash ? If you dont use kiosk be advised there is no menu, no prices, to look at .They have no condiments out not even salt/pepper. The girl working the order desk also said its crazy! I waited 15 minutes on my order. Had to ask for mustard and butter for my sausage bisquit. I'm done I will go where a person is treated like a customer.Dont bother trying to complain corporate makes it impossible to actually leave info.THIS IS WHY MCDS IS FAILING go back to an ato.ospere that treats customers as guests!

I don't like the new setup. I needed help & stood at the counter FOREVER & no one came. I even yelled "hello" & no one acknowledged me. Definitely won't eat in again.

I don't even know where to start. My food was cold and nasty. They forgot my fish sandwich. I ordered a basket of fries for me and my friends. The basket wasn't even half full of frys. I got a ten piece nugget for my girlfriend and they only gave us 8. my buddy got a McDouble and the bread was hard as a rock. There service is very bad. I had 4 different people look at me and walk away before the took my order. I used to go here every weekend with my friends but I won't be anymore. My experience with them has not been good and I won't be going back

Warning! Employees steal monopoly pieces at this location. I almost never get McDonalds but was for monopoly pieces but I’m done now. Nothing on my sandwich containers, fries, or drink as advertised. False advertising, guess I win anyways, in court.

The Auburn McDonald's is probably the worst location I have ever been to. I take my kids to this location about once a week and every single time our service is slow and horrible. Going through the drive through is usually a 15-20 minute process. Yes, it is often because they are busy, but every single time the 3 or 4 cars that are behind me receive their food before I do. Our orders are never large orders, either. Usually only 2 kids meals, sometimes a combo meal as well. Went through again tonight and had another experience of horrible service and long wait time. Won't be going back to this location anymore.
