McDonald's Menu Prices at 103 Capriola Pky ★3.5 (1219)

I will not downgrade the food like a lot of people do. It's fast food. The service is always, always bad. I blame management for this rating. They hire kids and then fail to train and supervise. If you order drinks (Ice tea or soft drinks) taste before pulling away to make sure you got what you ordered and the soda isn't flat. Newly remodeled! Looks nice, floors weren't slippery. But no straws or silverware, or napkins available in the bins.

Slow slow slow!!!!! I don’t understand their business plan do less, give less choices and have less contact with customers. Needs totally new management from district level on down. Not fair to the kids working there. Took 30 minutes to get two meals. Tried handing me the first meal at the window asked me to park and wait for the second meal. I refused told them to remake the first meal and bring me both meals at the same time. Of course they did not they brought me one warm meal and one cold one. Shame on who ever is in charge. You need to do better!!! The young man who was at the window was nice and polite but shame on management for putting him in that situation.

Why is it so hard to add some customer service to your laziness while working here? When customers ask what numbers you have for the collectable toys in the Happy Meals, quit telling them they don't have numbers on them and they're just random. We know they are numbered so stop arguing with us longer than it would take to just look at what number toys you have. McDonald's has 35 different ones in Disney's 70th Anniversary toys. Management should know this and write down daily what toys that are available when such promotions are going on. I know taking 30 seconds to quickly look when a customer asks seems like a huge task for you but it really isn't.

Do not order using their online app. You will not get your food. I've used the app several times and I'm lucky to get my food each time if I even get it at all. Last time I used it I didn't even get my food I had to call and cancel my order as I drove away. I see plenty of other cars go right through the drive-thru with no problem and get their food. But not the online orders. Go through the drive-thru do yourself a favor if you really want to poison yourself with this crap.

AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you have 45 minutes to wait in the drive thru and don't want fresh food! Only one person taking orders for both lanes of the drive thru (and that same person was also the cashier and was handing out food). So that employee was taking money and bagging food--very unsanitary! Drive thru traffic backed up to the street. After 45 minutes in line the food wasn't even good; not fresh, barely warm, sitting under heat lamps. We used to go to this restaurant regularly when traveling through the area, but we're done.
