McDonald's Menu Prices at 3035 S Chatham Rd ★3.3 (831)

Jan 21 6:30 pm, went inside ordered a cheeseburger 6pc nugget and large fry and large drink. Got my food, fries are cold, cheeseburger had no issues, the nuggets where undercooked and quiet literally wet, and they don’t hand me my drink and all retreated away from the registers so I couldn’t asked to be given the cup. So I had to walk behind the counter and grab it myself which they didn’t even notice, thy also lousy talked about how one of the employees got arrested lastly I went to get the drink filled and a nat fell into it. Leaving the McDonald’s someone left a 8 stack of carts full of random belongings “homeless cart” of 8 shopping carts across multiple parking spots. I’ve had other times they’ve just forgot I existed while waiting in the wait area passed the drive through.

Went in about 8:45pm for a couple of hot honey chicken wraps and a drink. I waited at the counter, and waited, and waited, and no one came to take my order. After a 10-minute wait, I left. If I could give 0 stars I would, and I won't return. One car was waiting for someone to deliver their food. They were still waiting when I left, so I assume drive-through was as bad as indoor service.

I wanna say thank you to bryant, he is the most amazing employee.I have met in a long time. You know when you're just having that bad day, and that one person makes you smile. That was Bryant... Thank you.. I needed your positive attitude today....

Took about a hour to get food in the drive through, then once we got it the server practically threw it out the window as she said "thank you goodbye" so fast you could almost hear her tongue twisting to get it out, then shuts the window and pretends she wasn't just rude. We are in a hurry so we drive off, at least we have food now. But my wife's burger isn't wrapped at all. The fries are soggy. Everythings drenched in sauce. And barely presents itself as edible. I work hard for my money and I expect it to work just as hard for me. A unwrapped burger whipped into a bag and soggy fries are NOT WORTH ANYTHING let alone $30. It was garbage. Actual garbage. It was like a toddler threw the left overs from the table into a bag and sent it out as a meal. Disrespectful, dirty, and down right unhealthy.

Store looks great. Orders constantly done wrong. Ask for no salt on your fries, add mustard or remove something and it seems like they get mad and mess up on purpose. This comment does not come from one visit. This store has changed multiple managers and employees over the years and still nothing better except it was recently remodeled.
