I stopped bybthis McDonalds location for lunch recently. I used to self order kiosk. It worked fine like normal. I did have to wait a bit for my food order. The food was still hot and fresh. My thing is I would recommend them add a bit more staff. Also, review ticket times for orders. Other than that, it's a decent McDonalds location.

Placed an order online then I drove 20 minutes to the location. Not a single car in the lot or drive thru and she told me 20-30 minutes. Then she came back 5 minutes later and said it'd be canceled. Why even accept my order then? Just want to point out that other people have had the exact same issue at this location. They just refuse to make food.

Picked up my mobile order through the drive thru. Received my food right away but my latte had another 90 seconds and was instructed to wait in spot #3. I waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee; so much for fast service.

Question for management: look at the attached picture and tell me if this looks acceptable to you? After having not eaten all day, on 8/9/25 at approximately 11:40pm, I went to this McDonald’s for a double cheeseburger and this is what I received. I took one bite and had to throw it out because it was so disgusting. Who would even think that slopping a sandwich like this together is acceptable to give to a customer? Whoever was assembling the hamburgers that night should be re-trained or try better. What a waste of money and time.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?
