On my way to church I purchased a vanilla latte. Upon tasting it when I arrived for Sunday school, I realized it was plain coffee. After church I returned to the McDonald’s with the coffee to have it replaced. What I encountered was a disrespectful, rude female manager who said “What?!” after I explained why I was there. In addition she gave me a look of disdain as if I were in the wrong for returning it. I had to take a quick moment and pray to not react to her rudeness. I politely explained I made the purchase through the app and asked if she needed to see a receipt. She said she did not. Another person remade my latte. Upon receiving the corrected order the manager nor the person who remade the latte apologized for the error. I got her attention and asked if she were the manager before writing this review. She stated she was the manager. The customer service at this location is horrible and disrespectful at best. She is setting the example for her staff to be disrespectful as well as evident with the other person plopping down the remade order and walking away. This occurred on Sunday, 3/1/2026 at approximately 1:45 pm.

They couldn't stack a sandwich decently if there was someone showing how right in front of them.. My niece can stack blocks better than this. Might as well have given me the ingredients to put it together myself, smfh. I literally received a cheese sandwich with the patty, drowned in sauce btw, on the side stuffed in a small box.. Next time I get this much sauce, I'm scooping and chucking it at their window. They're going to very clearly see just how much they are wasting!

This location is terrible at making frappes. This isn’t a one off thing either. I’ve gone to this location on different occasions and each time my frappe wasn’t blended properly and I can’t drink it because it’s ice. Management at this specific location needs to train their employees to stop rushing and blend beverages longer otherwise it’s a waste of money. I won’t be going here anymore.

I had a very positive experience at this McDonald’s location. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant appeared clean, organized, and well-maintained. The dining area, counters, and beverage station were tidy, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff take pride in keeping the space presentable, which made my visit more enjoyable. The ordering process was smooth and efficient. The team members were polite, professional, and attentive, whether interacting at the counter or managing drive-thru orders. Even during a busy period, the service moved at a steady pace and felt well-coordinated. My order was prepared accurately, and everything was served hot and fresh. The food quality met expectations, with classic menu items tasting just as consistent as you’d hope. One of the best things about McDonald’s is the variety on the menu. There are plenty of options ranging from burgers and chicken sandwiches to breakfast items, coffee, and desserts. It’s convenient whether you’re stopping in for a quick meal, grabbing something on the go, or meeting up casually with friends or family. The value for the price is solid, and the portion sizes are satisfying for a fast-food restaurant. I also appreciate the convenience factor. The location was easy to access, and the overall experience felt streamlined and hassle-free. Whether dining in, taking food to go, or using the drive-thru, everything was handled efficiently. Overall, this McDonald’s delivered exactly what I was looking for: quick service, dependable food quality, and a clean, comfortable environment. It’s a reliable choice when you want something familiar and convenient. I would gladly return and recommend this location to others looking for a consistent and satisfying experience.

The workers there don't know how to speak a bit of English. Because of their lack of understanding English, they got my order completely wrong. I had ordered a sausage McMuffin and a hashbrown, and they charged me for the sausage McMuffin and a coke. I DIDN'T ORDER A COKE!!! When I went to the window to correct my order, I asked for a refund for the over charged coke. This McDonald's employee was making me a coke when I specifically asked for a refund for a drink I didn't even order. I had to dispute or find someone who can speak English to correct my order only to find that they changed my receipt to cover their butts! McDonald's should hire those who knows how to speak and understand English. That's how they lose business by perhaps hiring (illegals) people to work for them.
