McDonald's Menu Prices at 720 Us Hwy 24 West ★3.4 (1101)

Honestly, one of our better McDonald’s experiences. There is a problem with the McDonald’s app whereby you cannot order bacon on a big Mac. So we ordered via the app and I told the young man working the counter that I had ordered a side of bacon but wanted it on the sandwich. Simply enough. My wife wanted sweet tea, but they did not have any and the Dr Pepper was very watery so she and my daughter got Sprite, which was fine. We sat and waited and not too terribly long, then the same polite young man brought our order out. Quickly, I realize that my big Mac did not have any cheese so I went to the front counter to ask for some cheese. The polite young man once again asked exactly what I wanted and I told him that my sandwich didn’t have any cheese and then I just wanted a couple slices and would put them on myself. No big deal. Then a loud lady in fact who I would assume was the manager yelled that big Mac only get one slice of cheese. Whatever! Just give me the freaking cheese! So they did, we sat down and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was relatively clean inside, but not spic and span, and it was very cold outside, so it really isn’t a surprise that it was also very cold inside. We had to keep our coats on. My compliments to the young man who helped us on multiple occasions. To the loud lady in back, have a little bit of sense.

Staff and including manager ignored customers up front. The pace was insanely slow. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order. It was cold. They missed the drinks. And small fry. Took another 5 minutes to get their attention. Customers left because they couldn't get someone at the counter. I opened up my daily double that specifically said NO MAYO and it was PILED on. My husband got a mcchicken add cheese and guess what...no cheese. So order was wrong, missing items and all the food was cold. Because we didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for someone to get their lazy butt's up to the front counter even though the MANAGER was right DEAD next to the counter the ENTIRE time... we just left. I worked at the pontiac mcdonalds and our manager would have had an absolute break down if we were as slow as these guys and Noone at the front counter. Your drive through times were insane. Not to mention losing customers and having to redo a ton of items. Never again. And I work out here.

Ha e stopped here several times. The staff always seems to be in a bad mood. The floors are either sticky or highly slippery. Sometimes the dining room is clean ish. The food is standard McDonald's, always hot

Bad experience. All employees including leadership goofing around and were hearing cussing from employees. Hardly any customers on 7/5. 4 grill people, 1 cashier, 1 drive up and one leader. Waited 15-20 mins for a simple order. When order was done, we got a 4 piece nugget kids meal instead of the 6 piece we paid for, a dried out fish sandwich, and no drink cups. They fixed the nugget error and drinks. Got comped a strawberry smoothie for how slow they were except they never gave it to us. Sr. Franchise leader needs to get engaged.

Good was cold to say the least, food on the floor including snack wraps pancakes from breakfast in the morning a whole burger over 100 to 150 fries on the ground. And that isn’t it we waited 30 minutes an hour a just to order, after this we waited another 15-20 minutes just to get our 2 shakes and a fry. They cooks were all laughing and giggling back there while we were waiting. Also to add it was a bad environment dirty drink station workers not wearing hair nets dirty floors clogged toilets you name something dirty it was here. Someone needs to be contacted about this IMMEDIATELY.!
