Waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken just for her to come to the register and have me wait to take care of the people outside. They have people who work the dining area and the lobby for a reason. Waiting 15 minutes for FAST food in unacceptable. Especially making people wait when there is a line out the door for drive thru to be taken care of by LOBBY personnel.

The food was awful and basic. The atmosphere was empty and had contractors actively working around food and the woman at the counter seemed confused when we approached and asked for help. She didn't know what we were talking about and made us wait while she figured it out, and it wasn't a difficult issue. The receipt hadn't printed from the kiosk and we were asking for a new copy and she genuinely didn't seem to know how to do it.

I placed a DoorDash order and found a dead insect (looks like a fly) in my fries!!! I dumped the fries onto their napkins and when I was getting to the bottom I saw something black, I thought it was a tiny piece of burned fry, but as I looked closer, it’s a dead bug!!! Never in my life have I ever had this happen, and I feel sick to my stomach - appetite gone! Employee and managers, come on!!! How would you like to find a bug in your food??? Close the windows and doors or something…this is so unsanitary and disgusting. C’mon man. I promise to you, God knows, cross my heart and hope to die, I am not lying. This is so disgusting.

I came in today and I order my chicken wrap made fresh rather then them listening to my orders I placed with the cashier (well done ) fries and chicken wrap and I waited a long time just for me to get an cold and not cooked so well chicken wrap I try eating it but the chicken was so weird and horrible I was upset that I payed for something that’s not gonna be made right or made how it should be made to enjoy the best McDonald. This place needs to do better honestly….

Worst customer service experience. On February 7th, the woman taking our order was extremely unhelpful and provided no clarity when we asked questions. Any time we asked for clarification while ordering, she sighed and seemed irritated. Someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service. To top it all off they left food off our order!
