McDonald's Menu Prices at 5015 W Madison ★3.2 (1783)

This is just sad, trifling, and pathetic. I came to grab a sandwich and use the restroom. On my way to the restroom, I noticed trash on the floor by the service counter. No big deal. I go to the restroom first, after at least 15 minutes, I am back out in the common area, and the same trash is still in the same spot. CSR's are always going out the door deliver food for drive thru or curb side service. Seriously, no one made a suggestion that it is filthy in the lobby? I was going to grab a sandwich, but after seeing this lingering trash at the front counter, there no telling what's behind the counter. I'll pass on this place!

No exaggeration, I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes, ONLY because I could not exit due to the pavement being so high and cars on all sides of me. I would have never waited that long otherwise. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was cold after having us wait 20 mins for our order, we double checked the order and we're short food Had to go back inside and waited almost another 5 mins for someone to see us. Finally a young man heard our complaint gave us the missing food, we're told to wait as another young lady says "I know yall all your food because I bagged it. And..." We stopped (my daughter and I) and let her know that she missed food. We had spent 160 in 2 weekends at this McDonald's and BOTH times there were issues! We need to hear from a manager or will escalate this.

10/10 drive thru energy was great today all smiles for the team. I usually never come to this McDonald's but I'll be back. Thank you for a great experience today.

Absolutely worst McDonalds on the west side i have encountered so far. Manager Debra gave no care really about what was happening in her restaurant. The young people were running the joint and very badly might i add. I ordered $35 worth of food and waited literally in the parking lot for 25 mins before having to walk in amongst the vast crowd of people also waiting for food waited another several minutes for things to be cooked and given. Manager never said anything of apology for the poor service. Debra doesn’t need to be managing anyone. The last straw that made me write this review is the fact that i get home and go to drink my sweet tea and i was given an iced coffee instead!!! No condiment sauce for nuggets. Just a horrible experience.
