McDonald's Menu Prices at 105 N Union Street ★2.8 (969)

I was hesitant with all the bad reviews but I still went. The best customer service! The two workers I encountered were outstanding and so friendly!!! My fries were really salty, that’s my only complaint. I drove 40 mins here to get the grinch meal lol. I was not disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My burger was pink on the inside, and I had to spit it out, which is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. The fries were cold and barely seasoned. The only positives were the chocolate chip cookies, which were good, and the Diet Coke, which was refreshing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ended. The restaurant was extremely unsanitary. Tables were dirty, trash was on the floor, and the self-service counter was filthy. I even felt the need to inspect my drink lid to make sure it was clean, especially since there were gnats flying around the area. There was clear poor communication and mismanagement among the staff. A staff member wasn’t sure if my drink had even been made, and the team seemed disorganized. As someone who has a license in food handling, I did not see hair nets on the cooks, and I witnessed one scratching his hair while working, which was very concerning. The staff appeared understaffed, unmotivated, and burnt out. I do recognize their willingness to work, but the conditions I observed point to poor management from leadership, not the employees themselves. This location seriously needs better oversight, cleanliness, and food safety practices.

I waited for 25 minutes for food they couldn't find. I ordered on the app, they told us to go to window 2, took a while to get there, then the order was deleted, they told us to pull up to the next window. They deleted our order from the screen, (must of gave the order away) so now we wait, nothing for 10 minutes, so I went in and stood at the counter with no acknowledgement for another 5 minutes, until I said does anyone have Anthony's order? The manager tossed my food on the counter and gave me empty cups. I asked her are the fries hot, she said yes I just put them in the bag, however the fries were very cold, As I tried to tell her she walked away, put 2 small fries in a bag tossed them on the counter and walked away. So now I have a cane, 2 bags and 2 empty cups which I had to fill and try to go out the door. I eat here allot, wow what terrible service today and no compassion from the staff. With 3 cars in drive and no one in the McDonalds ordering.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Unfortunately I have no choice but to choose this location since it’s closest to my home. every single time I’ve ever been here the employees have absolutely no idea how to do their job and the food is somehow always old and bland. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant, but after years of having wonderful food/ service at the Oregon McDonald’s I am extremely annoyed. Not listening to what I said and putting in a random order… taking an eternity to get the food ready and yet it’s the old, dry and cold burgers thrown together so I have to reassemble the entire sandwich so it doesn’t fall apart… Cold and bland fries EVERY TIME. Not filling the drinks.. acting like they have no idea what I’m saying when I try to correct them… just embarrassing

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive thru is always packed and when you get your food, it's only correct 60% of the time. And if you walk in to order, good luck getting someone to physically take your order. They are slow and inefficient. The owners of this franchise need to have corporate get at them and start regulating.
