I visit this McDonald’s frequently, and Steve is consistently the highlight of my visit. No matter how busy it is, he is always incredibly nice and cheerful. It’s rare to find someone who treats every customer with such genuine care and a positive attitude. Steve is a huge asset to this team

Drive thru lady acted like she didn't know what she was doing my Big Mac meal was sloppily put together fries that taste like they have been sitting for a long time not fresh at all not to mention cold she put very little ice in my drink which melted before I got home and I literally live around the corner from them no ketchup like asked very rude.. my other meal was missing a snack wrap it's an all the time occurrence at this particular location.. will not be going back!! Tonight was the final straw

My local McDonald's and I've never had an issue here. Food is prepared fast. I always use the app to order so not sure about their drive thru or counter. When I want McDonald's I'm come here and am served McDonald's, what more can you ask for lol

I was doing our doordash order tonight. Customer service was terrible. There was no knowledge of when or if your working on the order(this happens with all doordash/online orders at this location.) The young guy was very rude about it when there is a sign that says "if customers needs assistance please ask employee for help" how can we ask employee for help when there hiding in the back. If your worried about your tills in the front then have someone in front at all times. All customers shouldn't wait so long to pay attention too because you want us to use the AI computer system. Treat your customers better and not use profanity.
