McDonald's Menu Prices at 713 W Noble Ave ★3.4 (2230)

Store is awful, dirty and employees won’t even honor deals posted in the store, sign posted clearly states 2 per person per day on the .99 nuggets but they won’t honor it, and want to fight about it, ended up just leaving the store. New girl wearing the grey sweatshirt and pajamas pants on feb4 at 3pm, was unbelievably rude and more interested in hanging out with her friends than helping customers. Easy pass on this location.

I live a town over usually go to this mcdonalds. Im nice respectful to everyone so are my children. I never right negative reviews but the lady manger white with black hair here was rude, unprofessional, and laughed with her coworkers so review. I was mad yes but respectful never cursed them out or acted ghetto. Pff I even apologized if me being upset was coming off as rude... I asked if I could have my food and a refund. I never ask for refunds so didnt know there policy I usually dont mind others mistakes. Instead of explaining the situation to pick ither the food or the refund the lady didnt the lady walked away twice without communicating. I understand food service I worked in it. Any way she made me wait with out explaining anything like left me waiting. Unprofessional didint explain anything she okayed walked away said something to the coworkers and they all laughed. They usually stay with some items of the food I ordered and dont mind if its one or two small things. This time I went back because it was a whole order fries, burger & nuggets. I wasted gas and its not the first time they do this. The guy manger comes and explains it like he didnt know. She never explained anything to me just walked off and side joked with her minions. If yall would have communicated that from the beginning instead I would have decided. The whole thing was disrespectful, unkind & rude. Im never going to this McDonald's again (which they wont care) Id rather go to any other place but here. Ocala, Chiefland, Gainesville that should say something. The male manger was more respectful then the rest of them. Ill go out of my way then to go here. If I would have come in there yelling being rude disrespectful then I would understand but it was uncalled for. Hope yall have a nice day and learn how to act better. Just because it mcdonalds doesn't mean you can treat people poorly we work hard just like yall.

I moved to Williston FL a year ago, Ms. Mini is a constant EXCELLENT customer service representative. Every single time we see this lady she is in a the best mood and friendly, my daughter looks for her all the time. Please know she is a key component to the success of your team, I'm sure we are not the only family that enjoys her positivity each visit. Keep it up Ms Mimi.

Been here twice. First experience they got both of my burgers wrong, charged me for double cheese burgers and gave me single hamburgers. Forgot the nuggets asked which sauce I'd like and still proceeded to hand me the wrong sauce with no nuggets. I figure somebody could have had a bad day and moved on but today I ordered two doubles. I got two double cheese burgers alright and about half a bottle of ketchup completely smeered all over the top bun, drenching both cheese burgers. Right after purchasing threw the burgers in the trash as they're soaking wet with ketchup. I don't understand who would want that much ketchup, ever, on a cheese burger. I would have snapped a picture to show how disgusting the food i was presented was, but within seconds I threw it out because I didn't want the entire paper covered in ketchup all over my car and clothes. So disappointing cant get a cheese burger right. Second time here and definitely the last time. Do better. I imagine the manager would have made things right for me but In my line of work I don't have 30 minutes to get out and wait for a manager to remake my food.

I really like the indoor service, you order and then sit and they bring the food to you no standing around waiting for your number on receipt to be called love it!!
