McDonald's Menu Prices at 2849 Clayton Crossing Way ★3.6 (1399)

Ordered through drive through Ordered a “mcchicken meal deal plain” the girl goes “anything else?” I said “you’re not going to ask me what I want to drink, or what sauce I want?” She says “mhm, anything else?” Just rude. And then I get home, this is what’s inside of my medium fry. I live 2 mins from the McDonald’s. If the owners aren’t there, the service is horrible.

Today at 9:30am I ordered 3 meals and 2 extra hash browns in the drive-thru. When I checked my food in the parking lot, I realized I only received 2 hash browns instead of 5. I pulled back around and explained this kindly (hey it’s Saturday and I wasnt going to let this bother me) and when I reached the window the manager was already there holding the receipt. I calmly told him I was missing hash browns and he immediately told me I wasn’t. I explained my order again and he insisted the receipt showed I should only have two. I was never given a receipt to review, and the employee never rang in the extra hash browns even though I asked for them. I had no issue paying, the issue was that I was still missing one. The manager never apologized and was extremely rude. When I asked for his name, he quickly closed the window. By the way I was 100% right and was missing a hash brown and the cashier did forgot to put in my order, but without a receipt how can I confirm what I wasn’t charged for when I know I told her what I wanted. This is not how customers should be treated, especially over something as small as hash browns. If this manager is more interested in picking on customers than resolving simple issues, McDonald’s should reconsider who they have representing their brand.

WOW!! Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, made perfectly!! Even the nuggets were placed neatly in the box. This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life!! We will be driving past the two McDonald's closest to us to come here from now on!! Thank you to the owner, GM, and every single team member for making this place what it is!!!!!

Gave me a Large Coke halfway filled with no ice. Fries were soggy and cold. Never making the mistake of coming back to this establishment in my life. Do better McDonalds

This evening I had thee worst experience ever dealing with fast food. The food was very simple I ordered a 6 piece nugget Happy Meal with an extra fry and apple slices and a drink all through the drive thru. When I arrived at the first window it was fine, I paid for my food and got my receipt. When I got to the second window I received my food and I checked it to make sure it was all there. When I checked it there was a happy meal fry missing which I told that cashier. She went and got one of the supervisors that was on duty tonight. I explained to him that I’m missing a fry and I had my receipt in hand if he wanted to check it. He immediately got an attitude with me and yelled Relax to me with his hand trying to cover my face. The other ladies that were working the register were also very rude and didn’t deescalate the situation. I even had to show them the receipt that I already paid for the extra fry. It was an entire mess and super unprofessional. The atmosphere was very hostile and rude. I don’t plan on going to that location anytime soon. This wasn’t in the plans on a nice chill Saturday night.
