McDonald's Menu Prices at 151 Ridgewood Ave ★3.3 (3752)

Sometimes get completely right and sometimes they don’t all depends but tonight they weren’t that great normally they’re good during the afternoon but tonight they had a fish sandwich which it was red dipped into the oil I can tell cause I used to work from McDonald’s a long time ago and you guys need to change the grease it’s disgusting. It’s like taste in the rubber Fish. It’s that for what I paid for the meal it’s disgusting. I’m not too please I don’t even know if I wanna eat the rest of it. I might just save my receipt and come in and just throw it away and take pictures of what it look like cause it’s it’s hard to eat. It’s rubbery and no me during the afternoon you guys have good food but tonightyour fries are cold and the coffee was hot with the fish was not really hot and you could tell that it was red dipped in grease and the grease hasn’t been changed in like a month. It’s disgusting. I’m not saying every orders like that but they gotta do better cause somewheres are perfect and the food‘s great and some words it’s not we gotta do better for retail service and I know you guys work hard, but please put the effort in like you’re feeding your own family almost

Quality control is definitely not McDonald’s strong point. My Sausage & Egg McMuffin, no cheese was delivered as a Sausage & Cheese McMuffin (no egg). Sucks when you go through the drive through and find out the hard way down the street.

Ms crystal is awesome. She make sure your order is right. Sweet sweet lady. She need to train the other worker how to stay humble and be kind to the customers at all time. Not one time have she ever been rude. Same spirit every time i went there regardless what be going on. 10 star ms. Crystal. Mcdonald food is very good and fresh

I asked for 2 burgers with just onions. Instead they decided to slap a bunch of ketchup on it with no onions. I don’t understand what’s so hard about putting JUST ONIONS on a burger. It happens EVERY.TIME.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent McDonald’s order, which was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I ordered a large fry, a 12-count of cookies, a double cheeseburger plain, two apple pies, and a large caramel frappe. Unfortunately, almost nothing about my order was correct or even edible. • I never received my 12-count cookies at all. • Both apple pies were burnt, clearly overcooked and not up to McDonald’s standards. • The caramel frappe was not blended properly, extremely icy, and impossible to drink. • The double cheeseburger was NOT plain, despite being ordered that way. • The large fries were cold, as if they had been sitting for an extended period. This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the rising cost of fast food. When customers pay premium prices, they should at least expect accurate and edible food. This visit was a complete waste of money and time. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and properly addressed. I am extremely dissatisfied and hesitant to return after this experience.
