McDonald's Menu Prices at 30255 Commerce Dr ★3.7 (1207)

One of the worst McDonalds around. We go here strictly out of convenience when the kids ask to go, otherwise we make it a point to go to any other one around. The food is consistently cold. Take for example today, I placed a mobile order and picked it up before noon. The 10 piece nugget, quarter pounder and all of the fries are straight up cold. The nuggets fel like they have been sitting, likely for atleast an hour with how dense and solid they feel, nothing crispy there. Same with the fries....and how is a "made to order" quarter pounder cold when I had to wait for it to be cooked? Don't get me started on the staff either. 1 or 2 are pleasant to deal with, but more times than not we get nothing but attitude, especially from the "older" staff that is employed there. And to top it off today, with all thr cold food, didn't even get the Monopoly pieces for the large fries/drinks that we should have received. A joke of a restaurant.

Seems they prioritize drive thru- I am inside- waiting. Why not just put put up a sign drive thru only. This is just bad. I see 6 cus. It including me… all waiting. Well took a bit - was a bit pissed it took so long- took the bag and left… Should have looked - partial order. Not bothering to turn car around- easier not to go back.

Update to the response I received from the owner. Doordash was not the problem your store was the problem. You need to address it not tell me to address somebody else with my complaint Ordered door dash less than an hour ago...2 Big Mac Meals and a Chicken deluxe meal...received, (1 )6 piece chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. And the unsweetened tea I ordered because I;m diabetic was a sweet tea, so thanks for trying to kill me. Door dash reimbursed us but really McDonald's.....what were you thinking

Always quiet and they don't fuss about our service dog. First stopped by 2 years ago and they were absolutely amazing. Recently tho seems like staff has changed and quite a few of the young kids have attitude but a mom or dad look and they go back to work. But food is always normally hot and delicious, the coffee is amazing. Today on 8 19 25 specifically they didn't care about the fries and this is the same day I had the attitude issue with the younger staff but it was quiet and nice and just needed for a rainy day.

i asked for a mocha frappe, medium. It should’ve just been payed as if it were a small because of how so little was filled and to top it off the cup was cracked and leaking, didn’t know till after i had took a sip. They didn’t even add the topping. I also went thru drive thru and no kidding i had sat there for 10 minutes waiting on the first window, no one was there. Some bald guy was in the back just talking and looked over at me but continued on conversation like he doesn’t work there. He could have simply had someone give me my receipt, so i just drove to the second window so they could hurry up and just give me my food that took 20 minutes!!
