Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through just to place my order. After ordering, I was told to wait but ended up sitting there for over 22 minutes. To make matters worse, they forgot to bring out my order entirely, forcing me to go inside to find out what was going on. When I finally received my food, it was cold, which made the long wait even more frustrating. There was no apology, no urgency, and no accountability. This location clearly has serious issues with service and organization. I will never visit this store again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. I waited over 12 minutes in the drive-through just to place my order, even though I was one of only two cars in line. After ordering, I then waited more than 15 additional minutes to receive my food. To make matters worse, the food was cold when I finally received it. For a fast-food restaurant, this level of delay and poor quality is unacceptable. There was no explanation or apology, and once you’re in the drive-through, you’re stuck with no option to leave. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Definitely not what customers expect from McDonald’s.

Worst experience ever had here. I have ordered 2 meals, 1 fries and 1 unsugared lemonade to eat in. I got the food to take away (not served in food tray as others stores do). I didn’t get all the food which we ordered served. Fries in the meals were missing. The breads in the burger were burned as they smell burned. When asking the cashier about the missing fries she says that they got many orders. When orders are not served properly why they take orders. These people doing a scam by serving the incomplete orders in the take away covers.

Had an issue with the app. In the drive through they kept arguing with me and told me to go inside. No one helped me resolve the issue once I went inside. Not a great way to start my mcday

★★☆☆☆

I recently stopped by this McDonald’s location in New Haven around 8:00 PM on a weeknight, and unfortunately, the experience was far from comfortable. While the food itself was prepared correctly and tasted as expected, the overall environment made the visit unpleasant. There was concerning activity occurring directly outside, and even as a large adult male who is typically confident in public settings, I felt genuinely unsafe, despite having my own form(s) of protection. Inside the restaurant, the atmosphere was chaotic where customers were arguing loudly with staff, and individuals who did not appear to be patrons were frequently entering and exiting. The dining area was messy, and several amenities such as the soda machines were not functioning. I understand that some challenges may be outside the control of the staff, and the employees were doing their best under the circumstances. However, given the unsafe surroundings and overall condition of the restaurant, I would not feel comfortable returning to this location in the future and would definitely reccomend families, single women, or small children or anyone for that matter not go after dark (or at all, if you are not a male/female who is confident in your ability to remain safe in public). Your life is not worth the McChicken I ate.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
