McDonald's Menu Prices at 214 Prospect Ave ★3.5 (1642)

This is the second time at this location where a young lady light skin, with a tattoo on her neck who works in drive thru. Seems to be having a bad day or hates her job. She gives a mean mug, no smile and comes off with an attitude (I place mobile orders frequently. And was not able to enter my receipt Info to the owner on the app) While she handed my bag. Literally pushing it thru my car window. My bag was ripped too. My food was cold and I did not enjoy it. Requesting to suspend her she makes this location look bad. For now on Ill drive to Flatbush where the workers are professional.

We visited this McDonald’s for the first time because we saw it had a play area — and it was a great experience! Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. The manager even helped me when the app had a glitch, and he made sure our order went through without any issues. Our older daughter had a blast playing. The twins are still little, but we all had a great time as a family. Just two things that could be improved: 1. Diaper changing station – There’s no changing table in the men’s restroom and no family bathroom. In our case, my husband took our daughter, but had no way to change her, so I had to go with her into the women’s restroom. But what if I wasn’t there? 2. Ambient music volume – The background music was quite loud. Softer volume would make the space more pleasant, especially for families with babies. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

I gave a one star because during the busy times they take one car at a time even though there's 2 lines or they are always parking u for the order and it sucks when u already waited 20+ minutes In line to order. I usually end up having to put my car in park instead of holding the brake pedal down because it takes that long. Usually the person who takes ur order is nice but no one else really speaks even if u try to talk to them. A hey how u doing today goes along way j.s. but it seems like most of the mcds that's owned by the same company is runned like that. No hate to them but this mcds in particular used to be better like 5 years ago not sure what happened

I have a 20 piece and 2 4 pieces 28 nuggets in total and only 3 sauces is crazy works On top of that all the orders are packed up in one bag Danny Tell your employees to do better I’m tired of this service in the afternoon sucks cause I live right behind this McDonald’s if not I wouldn’t even swing by CHEAP With The sauce !!!!! AND ALL THE MEALS ARE SCRAMBLED IN ONE BAG NEVER FAILS TO AMUSE ME
