McDonald's Menu Prices at 2171 W 128th Ave ★3.3 (795)

I've stopped going to this mcdonalds like many of the other reviewers because every time I go something is wrong. This afternoon against my better judgement, I stopped for lunch. My large fry was less than half full and there was no onions on the double quarter pounder. They got the drink right, so there's that, even though I cannot fill it up myself in the lobby anymore. They have effectively made their dining rooms so unwelcoming that even going in is designed to make you feel like you're doing it wrong. Best part is... I got a pickup ticket but no receipt, so I can't even point out the terrible experience to the people in the organization properly, let alone have proof of even what store I was at. So, if I could give a zero star review this would be it. Don't waste your time going here hoping for your order to be right. Edit: spelling/this is the owner's default response, "here's a website for you to go yell into the void" I for one think that this is an unacceptable way to handle something that is a continual issue with your location. Making changes to not short/rip off people that are paying you inflated prices for cruddy food that's not ever right would be a reasonable business owner solution. If I could give negative stars I would.

Omg!!!.This is hand downs down the best crew that any McDonald's that I've been too has...the guy that was at the window is super friendly and knows how to multi task. He made sure the line kept on moving. I was handed my food almost immediately when I made it to the second window. This crew definitely knows the meaning of "fast food" The whole crew was super friendly. Definitely my new preferred McDonald's!!!

Every time I go here, something is wrong. The fries are always cold, the mess up my order or don't give me the sauces I ask for or give me the wrong size items. The most recent time I went, at 11am, they told me they were only accepting cash which was a lie so I went inside and placed an order. I get home and my large fry is HALF EMPTY. I don't understand why it's always bad. Ive never had issues with other locations like I have this one. It's a shame.

Great location. Very nice seating area. Good service. Delicious fresh food!!

I've been to this location several times in the past year. It's not the closest one to me, but when I'm running errands, it is. Today was the first time since my very 1st time a year ago that they got my order 100% right! I was really wanting to go somewhere else because of their past mistakes, but I was craving a mcdouble and fries. Thankfully, they did not disappoint! I noticed that there was a different manager by the window, and other different people that were working too. Maybe thats why there weren't any issues. Whatever tge reason, I'm glad! My fries were hot and cooked and seasoned perfectly. My mcdouble was made right, no ketchup and extra pickles. They gave me the right sauce for my nuggets. Heck, last x they didn't even give me any sauce! Plus, several napkins. Yay. Keep up the good work at this location on Zuni please. Thank you. :)
