Bathroom sink not working properly, water on the floor in the restaurant, no ice in one drink machine, no table tents to grab when having to order on the service. Lady brought our 6 item order to a nearby wrong table and tried convincing them it was correct I had to call to her like "hey that's ours!" Since she didn't read the receipt. Fries and nuggets hot, burgers warm ish. Friday night

We went in this am at 6am today (9/17/25) and was met with a very grouchy cashier maybe a manager? She was very rude to us. We ordered and she made it out like we were disturbing her by asking questions about cup sizes of the lattes. There was no one in line and only one in the store eating so empty. We ordered two medium "lattes" and served to us literally half full (very lite in weight), almost cold (not at all hot) and sadly bitter in taste. I said to the not happy McDonald employee that it was lite in weight (half full) and cold and she said that is how it came out and looked at us annoyed blank annoyed stare. I wanted my money back but she just went back and gave me exactly the same another shitty "latte" and said that is how it comes out with a just take it and leave. I am going to the day manager later. It's the worse McDonald's experience my husband and I ever had. Very poor customer service skill. I am disappointed and pissed off by being treated that badly. Avoid this McDonald's it's not on point for what I am used to in other places.

I have given this location multiple opportunities to give me a decent meal and each time something is wrong. Not fresh. Or just flat out bad. This is the worse McDonald’s location there is.
