Did a mobile drive through told us to wait at a parking spot when there was only one other car waiting. Got a bag of food and it was completely wrong. Didn’t even get our drinks had to ask where they were. And we asked to get our food order fixed, girl didn’t even bring it out and had to go inside to grab it ourselves and it was still wrong. Burger was wrong and patty was burnt! Just ridiculous.

This place is a joke. Went around 3pm today and it was dead there. Had about 15 employees working. Ordered my food through drive through. Asked for a Big Mac with no center bun and add extra Mac sauce. The first time they handed it to me there was no buns at all, just the patties and sauce. I handed it back to them and told them how I ordered it. When the young gentleman let the cooks know what was wrong with it, I could hear them complaining about it. I get my Big Mac again and this time it had a bottom bun and a bun between the patties but no top bun. So I hand it back again. Then they asked me to park so they can fix it for the 3rd time. They brought it out to me and left really quick. This time it had a bottom bun and they used a center bun as the top bun. I went inside and showed them how freaking dumb they are but kept it as who knows what they would do to my food at that time. The cooks seemed rude and could care less. The gentleman at the window tried to help and was getting talked down to by the cook

I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in about 4 years, randomly decided to go and I won’t be coming back. This is the worst place I’ve ever been, they take forever to make the food, they got the order wrong on multiple items and the quality was also garbage. I ordered the 2 snack wraps entree, a happy meal and a McDouble. Instead I got a cheese burger and one single chicken wrap. Not only was the order wrong, the “burger” I received was not even the size of my palm and the patty was maybe a few cm thick, like paper thin. I’m done with them and majority of other fast food places as well because they’re expensive and what you get is basically junk.

Drive through was rough. Two lanes makes it a little too complicated. Looking at other reviews, I ended up getting the same experience. My order was read off to me at both windows and I didn’t bother to look after being handed the bag of food. Got home just to realize it wasn’t what I had ordered at all. What I got was definitely not the equivalent of what I paid for either. First and last time

This McDonald's always has the nicest drive-thru staff. I love that they employ such great individuals; however, no matter what day or time I go, I am always parked for a minimum of ten minutes waiting for food and even then, my sauce is missing 90% of the time. It's never a quick process, and it's rarely under ten minutes.
