This morning I went and got my child an order of the pancakes. From the moment we arrived and order the communication sucked. I ordered from someone who was fluent in English. Never gave them attitude even though they were since the moment they spoke to us. As a mother I am furious because they intentionally placed a ball of hair in between the pancakes. My son didn’t noticed it until he got to the second pancake. How do you accidentally miss it? Unless you intentionally placed it in there. I called the store and again the manager on duty was super rude and instigated we did it and not them as they have never had an issue like this during her shift. This is disgusting and not okay! Watch out FOCO!

Honestly no point in ordering large fries here. Gotta miss the old days when they'd overflow these things. There's a older woman who works here though and she has the most fantastic customer service ever though so that's always nice.

After seeing how poorly this store is rated I’ll assume the manager has no desire to improve. But I’ll provide my feedback anyway. Came through drive through this evening around 5:30. When I arrived I was the only car in line. I had a short wait which wasn’t a problem but then I had to ask for our drinks when I got our order. Gave us our drinks with no straws. Fries were cold when we received them and I mentioned to the young man our fries were cold. His response was yes, sorry. Got home and my iced tea was sweetened. Come on folks. This isn’t that hard. And yes, I did work at McDonalds when I was younger so I understand the job. Take pride in your work.

So I was in a hurry to get up to the mountains to fish and I was using the MCDS app and didnt that I was ordering at the wrong location. I pulled up and "Ginger" helped me and walked me through the cancelation of my order bc I had sent it to another store all the way across town. Then she helped me place a new order at this location. Ginger was the sweetest and nicest older lady ever! She was soo patient w me!( this isnt easy) Thank you Ginger!!

Went thru drive through on 10/10/25.. Ordered two regular hamburgers. Each hamburger was hard and had about three flakes of the dehydrated onion on them. DO BETTER!!!
