McDonald's Menu Prices at 1905 S Federal Blvd ★3.3 (2376)

Very disappointed with this location. We went through the drive-thru and when we opened our burger at home there was mold on the bun. That is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. On top of that, the fries were old and stale, definitely not fresh. Management needs to do better quality checks before serving food to customers. No one should be given moldy food.

I do like McDonald's but this one I recommend you doing your best to find an alternate because their customer service here usually sucks and management is even pretty sucky with poor customer service all around. I made my order 7:44 p.m. exactly is when I came in and all that I ordered was a french fries and a drink. After 10 minutes for me to get french fries and a drink with no offering of ketchup or napkins and I literally was trying to ask for some ketchup but then that's why I made the video to report how bad their service was

I like this McDonald's rather than some of the other places The food's put together pretty well not like some places where the hamburgers are just slopped together like the person who did it doesn't want to be there they actually come put together well and wrapped up in the package so they don't fall out as soon as you get it. French fries fresh🍟 and not like it's been sitting there all day The services is on point the employees are nice and respectful and have a smile they're pretty quick for the most part and the parking is always pretty decent there's always some spots open on either side the north side or the south side of the building and there's even parking on the west side of the building so so generally pretty easy to get in and out of definitely recommend this McDonald's and if there's a much better job than its neighbors the Wendy's or the Taco Bell or the Jack in The box who all will mess up your order forget certain items customer service is bad and the food even worse P.s I have been having a little trouble using there MacDonalds app at the drive thru. like the deals on the app are different at there register. Which leads to confusion which leads to a disagreement but they always have honored when I went to the window and showed them but with attitude 🙄

I came here with my kids. Used to be a good location but went downhill. The staff went out of their way to make me feel like a second class citizen in my own country because I didn't speak Spanish. I watched those who spoke Spanish get better customer service than we did. Absolutely pathetic. Will not be returning.

I only ordered 6 cones that’s all and one of them was half the size of a regular one so not even the full work. It’s been 15 minutes and they haven’t given me my ice cream cones and there’s literally no customers other than us. Worst service ever it’s always the ones the don’t speak english that give the worst service when they are working together. All they are doing is laughing and gossiping and completely ignoring my family. And no I’m not racist I’m literally Mexican and love a chat but never to the point where I would ignore customers and this is how they gave it to us completely melted 3/28/2025 at 1:52pm I ordered this at 1:23
