McDonald's Menu Prices at 8120 Voyager Parkway ★3.5 (2600)

I don't know why this location tends to hire people who hate their jobs. I work in the food service industry and if there's any substitutions or removals of every item, you treat it like there is a deadly allergy on the other end. But I guess food health and safety is an afterthought here. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, one only Ketchup, the other only pickles. But instead, both recieved onions. I've attached the photos of the burger with the onions on AS WELL as the picture of the receipt. How is it so hard to not put an item on a sandwich? If a 2 year old can do it, the high school, collage, or grown adults can do it. But of course that's just the McDonald's reputation; Mediocre food, occasionally clean stores, and more often than not, piss poor customer service.

Was just in there order my food cooked to order got re fried dried up food. Person taking my order did it correctly disgusting. This is the shittiest establishment I have ever been at. CORPORATE was contacted. As a former employee my standards are high but even as a regular customer this showing was pitiful on Mcdoanlds part.

We take the kids here occasionally because it has one of the better play areas for a fast food restaurant. It’s never been the cleanest McDonalds but today it was absolutely disgusting! All the tables were dirty, the floors were dirty throughout and the drink area was completely a mess. This on top of the usual overflowing garbages and B.O. smell from a homeless customer (if you’ve been here, you already know)…that was our last visit, we’ll never be back.

Anad Tate is a very nice, friendly, hard working and dedicated employee that I wanted to recognize. I dont want to leave out the other amazing crew members at this location they are all terrific! The staff make it a great experience each time and that is a big reason I return. Very kid friendly here. Best playplace and it is kept clean and tidy. Food is always fresh and there is great customer service from the team. I also wanted to mention all the staff work so well together, it is a great team. Everyone from the hard working kitchen, the crew and management work so very hard at this busy location. 👏

Went to the drive through at 1208 am tonigh. Bit into a big make pulled out what looks to be a pink nail. I called and the manager says I don’t have girls working right now. I’m livid this shit could have broke my tooth. Or I could’ve died, this manager didn’t asked if I was ok or not. I’m driving there now to return the nail and report it. Update he made an incident report, apologize; now I’m going to the dentist today to get my tooth check out. And I might have to take this further. I’m sick to my stomach about this and if my tooth is cracked I’m not paying for this at all… I will consult with a lawyer and contact headquarters. This is just unacceptable.
