McDonald's Menu Prices at 480 S. Airport Blvd. ★2.6 (263)

To all McDonald's lovers out there (just like myself) please stay away from this location, please. There is nothing wrong with the food (if there's any inside your bag) but there is something wrong with some employee's attitude, lack of professionalism and respect for their customer's time and their family time. During this evening's visit, I was given the wrong type of sandwiches, and this is not the first time they do this mistakes, which is why I check on the spot, and this is what I advise all customers out there, to please check on the spot your food. After I showed them first, during the payment that the order is taken in wrong, I was told it will be fixed (pull over to the next window). They brought in the wrong sandwiches the first time, wrong order The second attempt, 4-5 minutes later I was handed two sandwiches without the chicken patties, I checked on the spot. During the third attempt I was given the same thing, two empty sandwiches, plus another one for my patiance, and was told that this time is correct, and it was not correct, the sandwiches were missing the meat, again. During the forth attempt, they brought in another bag, after I had been waiting for 20 minutes, and at that point I told them that there is always something wrong with this restaurant. I was asked: Why do you keep coming to our restaurant if you always complain? I answered: because I love to eat at McDonald's. I was told to hand them the receipt back and the card that I paid with and they will give me the money back. I asked for the food first, because I had been waiting for twenty minutes on my food. They said that there is not going to be food for me. I was told to leave, without getting my money back, they said they canceled my order. I had not received my money back, I had not received my food that I payed for and I had lost 20 minutes of my time. I had been told to never purchase from their location. I have contacted McDonald's Corporate Office already by e-mail and tomorrow I will call them, also. I will also contact BBB(Better Bussiness Bureau) for getting charged and being mucked by, being disrespected and having my money taken with no food in exchange.

Aweful visit today. I went to curbside and had done a mobile order on the app. It was 1:04 pm. The drive thru line only had one or two cars, then none. Two customer cars left and there were two customer cars still there. I waited 20 minutes and no food coming out. I went inside and no one on the counter. Eventually my order was coming out. I said my food must be cold. The answer was no, no. Your food just came out. It's hot! I tried a fry that was cold. I refused the order until they replaced the fries with hot fries. I took the food and left. At home, I found the double filet of fish, was a single normal fish. I called the number from the sign on the wall. Left a message and my number. No one has returned my call. This is Not the first time i have had problems at this location. My suggestion is to avoid this McDonalds on Buckley and Alameda. I won't be going back!!!

Bar none the best McDonald's I have been to. The workers have been friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and the food has yet to disappoint. I have had issues with everything under the sun at other locations, luckily not this one. Its actually quite enjoyable to dine in and I haven't felt that way in quite a while at any joint like this. The manager is genuinely the nicest guy you'll meet, he makes the experience very nice and even enjoyable. In fact at this point I go out of my way to come here, as I live closer to other locations but they dont come close to the experience that this one offers.

This is such a silly thing to review, but here we go anyway. Literally every time I’ve come to this location, the fries are perfect. It’s been various times, but most recently ~12:30, smack in the middle of the lunch hours. The fries were exactly what I needed them to be, hot, slightly crispy, none of them soggy. Like, it’s McDonald’s, I get it, but whatever is happening, pray to the fast food gods that it continues.

I have been to this McDonald’s several times now. Overall, the drive-through is pretty slow. I have had multiple order takers make it difficult just to get a water with my order. It’s almost ALWAYS hard to hear them on the drive thru speaker. Also, why has nobody figured out the recorded welcome voice is much more annoying than it is helpful. All that said, the food has been good every time. I’d like to be offered a receipt.
