McDonald's Menu Prices at 1700 W Capitol Ave ★3.2 (1224)

First I want to say the staff are All rude! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but disappoints every time. I tried using my app but the guy said my item was already used and couldn't use it again. Again? I never used it. I don't think he knew what he was doing. Then I was told to pull up and wait for my food. The drive thru wasn't even busy. My food was gross!!! The fries looked like they had been sitting in the heater and my nuggets did not taste fresh. LOL. That's what I waited for?! Waste of food, time, and money. McDonald's is the only fast food restaurant that will not care if you're dissatisfied. Terrible.

Came here at 9:56. Sure, this place closes at 11pm but I was trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt of some somewhat decent McDonald's. The fries were so bad. It was like they weren't fresh, and a bunch was tiny and broken up, some soggy and soft. Others looked reheated. Even worse, the 2 spicy snack wraps were so bad, the chicken was rock hard I couldnt bite into it. I paid 15 dollars for this CRAP FOOD?? EVEN my iced coffee this morning was terrible. What is wrong with this place?? They clearly dont care. So sad. I hated it wasted my money here. I won't be back at all. Gross. I had to throw my food away and couldnt eat it!

Atrociously large chicken fillet in my delux, forgot our sprite and ranch. Not divine. Food was okay but we ate it all. Guy served us our food but also took 20 minutes to get it.... That's not fast food!!!!!! Nobody came to drive thru for my friends!!!!!!! Also couldn't figure out the kiosk thing . The heck guys.

At night this intersection becomes crac hedd central , locc your cars try to keep a 10ft buffer just in case. I went inside for maybe half hour , a bit slow but when ya want to waste time enjoy the zoo outside.

The girl on the drive-through is incompetent. I had to repeat my order to her because she wasn’t listening. Then when I get to the window, my total was 12.86 and I handed her 22.86 and I told her my change is $10 and she handed me back eight dollars and I had to tell her my change is $10 even though I told her in the first place While I was handing it to her she is extremely incompetent and doesn’t listen and doesn’t know how to punch in the money and give back change and she doesn’t know how to listen to people’s orders. I requested extra catchup on my cheeseburgers, and my cheeseburgers were dry. Finally, when I got to the window, they asked me if I had two coffees and I told them no I had two cheeseburgers and a fry so they didn’t even know who I was when I got to the window.
