McDonald's Menu Prices at 14526 Palmdale Rd ★3.5 (2042)

Waited 25 min. for an order of large fries. Still waiting. Why suggest curbside pick up if a small order takes more than 30 min. The drive thru doesn't seem busy. It seems they just simply forgot. Most expensive order of fries.

Absolutely Terrible and Avoid This Location Hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences ever. We placed a large $80 order for two families. Staff rushed us to order saying they were closing, yet made us wait over 30 minutes while continuing to serve drive-through customers. When we finally received the food, the fries were cold, stale, and smelled bad. We ordered 2 large fries and they weren’t even half full and completely unacceptable. When I complained, the staff member became aggressive and rude, even trying to grab the food from our hands instead of resolving the issue. After making us wait that long, they then forced us to leave and said we couldn’t eat inside, even though we were already there well before closing. This was never communicated before taking our order and caused delays, especially with kids. The restaurant felt unhygienic, and the play area smelled foul. It’s shocking this place passes food safety inspections. Cold food, tiny portions, hostile staff, long waits, and poor hygiene. Avoid this location at all costs.

I came early in the morning with my mom to come and get breakfast, the first time I went to this location to get breakfast they messed up my order and gave me only 1 sandwich which was not even the right one, we complained over the phone and the manager told us to come back the next day. So we went the next day to get our one sandwich and a couple more sandwiches and they completely messed up by only giving us 2 sandwiches but the complete opposite of what we ordered. I don’t know who is hiring these cashiers but they need to do better.

The collabs recently have been great! However, when it comes to food, McDonald's will be McDonald's no matter where you go... but this location is hands down one of the best when it comes to service. The manager (not sure her name) is always helpful, professional and kind. Not all locations have competent and caring staff members like the crew members at this location so if I have to go to a McDonald's, I will always make the trip to this one. Honestly, based on service alone, I would give this location more than 5 stars if I could!

The kiosk didnt give us a reread to tell them then they gave us a plastic number to hold like ones you place on a table. Then they called the receipt number wich we didnt have. Then the fries were cold and looked like pre cooks were they just warmed them up. Fries were still terrible after getting new ones. I dont even think they were new. Just thrown back in to warm up After giving them to us and we touched them, so unsanitary to put some fries we touched back in were your fries will end up. But hey I guess they figure the fryers will take care of it. Glad we dont live around here. But half the staff was nice
