McDonald's Menu Prices at 18909 Ventura Blvd ★3.7 (1423)

This is the worst Mcdonalds location we have been to. This location has the laziest workers that do NOT serve fresh food. We have to drive out of our way to the next Mcdonald’s location to get better, SAFER food to eat. Every single time since we’ve gone to this location the food has been stale, cold, undercooked, and NOT safe. I’ve never been to a Mcdonald’s and received UNDERCOOKED FRIES. That’s the easiest thing to do and they have been RAW every time. This locations lack of quality wasn’t always this bad. Only these past couple of years has it gotten progressively worse. Has there been a staff change that’s causing this lack of care? Until this is fixed, the In-n-out down the street will have our business.

Really clean place. Food is good too sometimes a different McDonald’s. You don’t want to eat because of smell and mess but this spot is nice clean.

The menu board is illegible. The older lady at the drive thru on Sundays is rude. They sneak a 10 cent bag fee on your ticket without telling you. The speakers sound like they're from the '70s. And, they get my order wrong as often as right. Both stars are for the steak bagel and coffee. They're delicious.

The staff are very friendly but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because more often than not I've had to wait a lot longer that would be expected, especially if I go inside. So if you're going to go I would recommend drive through especially if you're in a hurry. But the staff are always friendly and my order is always correct.

Today I had the worst experience at this McDonald's located at 18909 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, CA 91356. I stopped by the drive-thru this morning and ordered six Sausage McMuffins with Egg. From the start, the service was poor: they didn't give me my receipt and it took a long time to deliver my order. When I asked the manager on duty for the receipt, she responded rudely, saying I should ask the person who took my order, but that person never offered it to me or asked if I needed it. Clearly annoyed, the manager went to ask for it and handed it to me without any courtesy. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that one of the muffins had a large piece of eggshell inside. It's unacceptable that they don't check the quality of the food before delivering it to customers. I'm truly disappointed to see how the service and quality at this fast-food chain have declined so much. I do not recommend this place. I hope you can improve your customer service and the care you take in preparing your food.
