The food is usually hot or warm when I go but the past 2 times when I’ve gone the guy working the drive thru is RUDE, he seems new but he’s always got attitude and both times I’ve gone and he’s been at the window I have to ask for something more than 3 times and it’s kinda ridiculous because he ARGUES back saying it’s the right order or this and that but it’s not at all what I was rung up for! I understand he’s learning but there’s no good reason to treat customers that way! I really hope he’s talked to and maybe removed from the window position and trained elsewhere or given a real talking to from someone higher up! I don’t know why it’s so hard for someone to have just a little bit of decency toward another person!

I'm not someone who complains or anything but if it happens twice or thrice its kind of disappointing honestly. I bought a soda yesterday for my mom, the coca cola was horrible as if it was watered down or its been sitting there for days. Today, I bought a hot tea for my mom, hoping it'll be good, but no. I drank it and it tastes like sink water or water thats been picked by a stream of river, now my throat is starting to hurt. What's happening? Spent my 2 hours pay without knowing I would get a bad drink.

Visited on 7/30 for a happy meal for my daughter. When we got home, she drank her Sprite and said it tasted funny. It tasted like carbonated water and had a slight orange tinge. I called the number on the receipt AND took the survey, letting them know both ways the problem. Crickets. 20 min wait for a happy meal with carbonated water and 0 customer service? No, thank you.

When to the drive through and they forgot to add French fries I was looking at the screen to see if they got my order right and they only showed me for 5 seconds they expected me to look through my order that fast ones I got my things they put to meny napkins on the top for me not to see what I had and i was mising 2 apple pies. they also gave me 2 slushy and I did not order 2 of them I ordered one slushy and to oreo Mc flurry so I told the guy and he said sorry like he was the one annoyed with me trying to get my order correct worst service I have gotten in a McDonald's drive through

Two customers came in to return their food or tell them something was missing while I was waiting for my mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes. Large fries were more than half empty. Around the amount you would get with a small fry and were cold. Big Mac tasted good but was sloppy, with buns sliding off. Very disappointing. Customers were upset because the employees were rude to them.
