McDonald's Menu Prices at 1100 Fillmore St ★3.4 (3055)

This is the worst McDonald’s store I’ve been to in my entire life. Bad service, bad atmosphere. I love McDonald’s. I am a big McDonald’s fan. I went to this McDonald’s and ordered a mc’chicken fries and cheeseburger. It took 30 minutes to get the order. In that time I watched several different people be ignored by the employees. People that just wanted to place an order. By the time they brought me my food it was cold. And when I asked if I could have it fresh the employee said she’d ask her manager. She came back 5 minutes later. And handed me the bag. I think they just slightly warmed it up my original food since it was lukewarm and did not taste good. The place also smelled really bad. A really sad representation of McDonald’s. I hope someone does something to make this location less disappointing.

This location is one block away from my apartment. The employees there have been really helpful to me during this past year.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was consistently rude, and the manager demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. When I calmly explained that multiple employees were behaving disrespectfully—and that this behavior likely stems from leadership—the manager immediately denied any responsibility and showed no interest in addressing the issue. Customer service starts at the top, and when leadership refuses to acknowledge problems, it’s no surprise the staff follows suit. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I would not recommend this location.

Its Awesome..Staffs are als friendly and helpful and alwys smiling and cheering with quick and effecient customer handling.

Employee overall satisfaction is poor, ordered through Kiosk and I don’t know you had to pay for a bag on a to go order, when I received my food they placed on a tray like as if I was gonna eat at the restaurant and when I asked for a bag they said it’s a 25 cents fee for the bag. So I was shocked because I haven’t heard of an absurd thing as charging for a to go bag so then I told them that it was fine I was gonna pay for it and another short Hispanic lady came out with a bag and kind of tossed my food in the bag and almost half of the fries I ordered were still on the tray and she just wrapped them up. I told her you just took my fries like and she responded with well next time pay for the bag, like I never said I wasn’t gonna pay I even told the other lady to charge me the bag then. Overall this McDonalds need better employees or have them get trained on how to treat and deal with people
