McDonald's Menu Prices at 2137 E Harbor Blvd ★3.4 (1893)

When you need to pay in cash, nobody shows up to charge you or help you. Hamburguer good.

Food was typical McDonald's slop. Don't care about it that much. But, even at 1am Ramona had top notch customer service and was a very pleasant person to receive my food from!

They used to have a strawberry shake that tasted really good and now the flavor is way off... I know it's been several years since they made this change but I still hope for that older more subtle strawberry shake flavor... I wish they really had that... I just stopped in for this wishful thinking and that was all I purchased on this trip, but I have gone to this location several times over the last year and it's pretty consistent. The service was efficient just as you would expect and they didn't short me a straw or anything like that... The drive-thru and building or updated and things are nice and efficient. There was a lady in the parking lot who was getting in front of people's cars trying to get them to give her money, and she kept running back and forth between Chevron which is right next door to McDonald's and stopping absolutely everybody... She banged hard on my window... Anyway, shake wasn't very good...

After 3 days at the Ventura Fairgrounds hosting a Scottish tent we were pretty burned out. This covienently located McD's was on the way back to our hotel. The service was excellent as I was acknowledged & helped quickly. I walked in because the drive thru was packed. I pay with cash & had a question. It was busy inside too, but you can order from the boards. Unfortunately while the dining room had plenty of seating, it was really dirty. There was a young person sweeping the street & I wondered 🤔 💭 why isn't h cleaning the dining room area first? Weird. We were maybe 5 minutes from our room, but our food was cold 🥶. I was so hungry I ate my filet of fish w/1 third of a slice of cheese not even melted on the bun. Sad to see the destruction. This is why I rarely visit! Good luck.

Slowest service ever. No soda machine available to the public so i went to get a refill of my large coke and the manager came back with a small cup. I asked him why is the cup a small when i payed for a large and he said it was “their rule” 3/8/26
