McDonald's Menu Prices at 185 Old Grove Rd ★3.5 (595)

This McDonald's is part of a gas ⛽️ station and convenience store location. Also in the same parking lot as Lowe's and several other businesses. Tried to use the kiosk but it kept locking up. Had to order at the register. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly but they did get my order right. The patties on the cheeseburger 🍔 and Big Mac looked dry. Taste was just okay. Fries 🍟 were under salted 🧂. But, worked for a relatively quick stop. Hope your burger is fresher than ours and...enjoy!

Went in for new Arch sandwich. Long line and only one kiosk open. Employees refused to help at the register. After food was finally ordered, they for got the fries. Went waited at counter for 10 mins to talk them about getting the fries. I was told they needed to make a fresh batch for us. When we evogot the fries, they were cold and soggy. Btw, new Arch burger is horrible.

Has to be the worst location in Oceanside. Staff are constantly rude, and unwilling to help a customer, and this location is constantly dirty. Rather than create a customer experience, every single person at this location is simply punching the clock and going through the motions. Not a single iota of competency can be found in this store. My wife ordered breakfast, paid for it, was told the order was ready by app notifications and then when I showed up to pick up the order we were told was ready, we were told our order was cancelled and nothing could be done because breakfast was over 4 minutes prior. When I asked if the value could be applied to a lunch meal, the young lady denied us and said no she was only going to cancel our order. So, instead of TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK, she decided to : 1) lose a sale 2) invite an irate customer to email her corporate office with her name and the managers name on duty. 3) once again prove why robots deserve to work at McDonalds , if the people are just as uninterested in being there as she is. App refunds are not instant, so not only did this employee waste our time by not honoring the payment they received for a product, but now we have lost money, time, and the fuel to get here. Absolute buffoonery happening here. Fire the whole staff and replace them with iPads.

What is wrong with McDonald's. I haven't been in awhile and was shocked at the prices. 15 dollars for a "value meal #3" is not ok. The ordering TV screen was broken and my fries were cold and soggy. 15 dollars gets you a burger and fries from a local restaurant where they give you higher quality ingredients and hot fries!!! 15 dollar value meal!!! How can McDonald's call that value when others do much better.

So tired of the incompetence of the workers in this joint. All they do is let the fries die. How hard is it to drop new ones? All you have to do is lift it and drop them and salt them. Absolutely abhorrent to sell a side of fast food fries for almost 5 dollars and have them be stone friggin cold. This is the last time this spot will ever take my families money. No more! They told my man they could make new ones but it would be 20 mins. So lie. That’s their solution.
