McDonald's Menu Prices at 9101 Reseda Blvd ★3.5 (1385)

When I arrived at the drive-thru and the intercom was not working. I waited approximately two minutes and then pulled forward to the window. I could clearly see at least four employees inside. However, no one came to the window to assist me. I waited about five more minutes while watching the employees talking and laughing inside. Since no one helped me, I called the store to ask whether it was closed or what was happening. The person who answered said they were having issues with the intercom. I responded that I understood, but asked why no one was coming to the window since I could see them inside. The employee simply said “have a good night” and hung up on me. You can verify this on the security cameras — I called the store around 11:40 p.m., and the footage will clearly show the situation. This experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. I also believe management should address this issue, as the employees’ attitude and lack of effort toward customers is unacceptable.

The employees were weird with the bag policy, I pick no bag to go and they give me the products with the plate. How I’m supposed to take the food with the plate? Doesn’t make sense 😂. Not only that, the place was dirty and the staff were rude. I wouldn’t be in a place that handles the food like that

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Honestly, McDonald’s has been nothing but a scam lately. I ordered a TinyTAN Happy Meal and clearly customized my burger, but somehow got the wrong meal entirely. The receipt literally showed what I asked for yet what I received was the total opposite. On top of that, they didn’t even follow the customization for my burger. And the cherry on top? They charged me twice for a single bag. Not worth the walk from school just to deal with that mess. No wonder people still boycott y’all. Never trust a company that calls itself “family owned”

We ordered a 20-piece chicken nuggets. We started with the first 10 pieces and they were great. We then took out the package for the other 10 and they were so stale it was horrible. We had no time to go back and deal with the line. They were pretty bad. I was afraid they were going to make us sick. Two stars was for the service.

This McDonald’s is always extremely busy. The drive thru is ridiculously long every time. I got the big Mac and a mcchicken. The Big Mac was great but the mcchicken had way too much mayo. Also the location itself was a bit dirty.
