McDonald's Menu Prices at 11055 Burbank Blvd ★3.6 (1603)

This place is your average McDonalds establishment with the service and food being average across the board. The only thing that stood out was their attitude towards the homeless population. While they were quick to allow restroom access to me not questioning or saying anything to me, when a homeless man asked if he could use the restroom staff was reluctant to allow him to use the restroom, stating in a kinda rude and offensive man or that to be able to use the restroom he had to buy something first. The gentleman apparently didn't have money to make a purchase so he put his head down humbly and turned to exit and I said,"excuse me sir, I would like to buy your breakfast for you, so please place your order for anything you would like, but after you place it, you need to go wash your hands, ok? And gave him a wink so he could go do his thing. He placed his order and then said to the staff that had made the comment as I was paying for the mans meal, now sir, if you would be so kind as to allow this man access to the restroom so he may wash up before he eats meal, in a way that conveyed to the staff that I wasn't exactly happy in their handling of the manner. Now don't get me wrong, I understand both sides of the issue here, with illicet drug use, destruction of property, inibility to clean up aft|r themselves, ECT... But, first of all, they are still human and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their housing status. Secondly, EVERYBODY DESERVES TO BE ABLE TO USE THE RESTROOM TO RELIEVE THEMSELVES IN A FACILITY THAT DISPOSES OF BIOLOGICAL WASTE IN A SANITARY FASHION, AND ALSO ALLOWS THEM TO WASH THEIR HANDS FOR SANITARY REASONS! " And this is strictly for the health and safety of everyone on the planet bcuz forcing the homeless population to relieve themselves outside in public areas is unthinkable, cruel, and unsanitary for the whole planet! Just think about that for a second, and you'll agree that a person deserves at the very least, that level of service, from any establishment that has a restroom, so as to prevent the unnecessary spread of germs to each other bcuz a certain demographic of the population is not allowed the same dignity and respect the rest of the population is given. Think, would you want to, or would you want your kids to happen to walk up on someone who was relieving themselves wherever they could within the public arena, bcuz they aren't allowed to use the restroom of businesses whether they be private or public, bcuz we all know that there isn't hardly any public restroom facilities available to sufficiently handle the issue at hand. So, in the bigger picture of things it's in our better interest from a sanitary and health concern to give any and everybody that needs to use the restroom access to the restroom. To anybody that agrees that this is a social issue that needs to be addressed on a higher level please spread this message in any way that you can so that we can change this very important issue, bcuz face it, we all gotta go, and when you gotta go, you gotta go!!! Lol

3/4 kiosk wasn't working correctly and canceled my order twice. On my third attempt it let me pay with card but never gave a receipt. For my friends and I order no receipt was printed. I never got my food. I asked the lady in front if they were working on it but she said she didnt see it in the system. I know i paid for it because it showed on my bank statement AND mcdonalds app. When she looked in the system, she found the two orders that didnt go through and asked me to pay for one. I refused because I've already paid for my order. I went to talk to my friends about it when the lady called me back and said that they found it and can fulfill my order (1 happy meal and 1 large sweet iced tea). When she handed me my order, she kept saying if i ordered a lemonade and I corrected her saying I ordered a large SWEET ICED TEA. She gave me lemonade. They also didn't give me sauce for the chicken nuggets, apple juice (i paid .10 for), AND apple slices. I didnt rwalize until after I left because I was already annoyed of the store. What was the point of buying a happy meal and only getting a portion of what I paid for? Also, their men's bathroom sink doesn't work. They didn't have any hand sanitizer either.

I don’t think I can give anything here higher than 2 considering that I just waited 30 min for an order of fries. No, not a mistake. I waited about 30 mins for an order with it being about 18 people in the store with maybe 12 of them being junior high school kids just hanging out after school. The most disappointing thing about all of this is I would have continued to wait if I didn’t bring it to their attention and when it was brought to their attention I get a half of an apology from the guy working the register in the form of - “sorry about that”. The manager who was front and center making orders, but decided to skip mine I guess was aware of what happened. How do I know I watch the employee at the register tell her. However you would have thought he told her .. well nothing. She made no effort to make eye contact, to explain what happened , offer her apology on behalf of the business, or in someone attempt to make this 30 min. not so painful. She did nothing . M an example to all her employees how to treat customers, and message to the customer. At this McDonald’s the customer does not come first .

Placed the order on the app for one French fries on the drive through. Upon arrival to the location saw an insane line of cars and decided to go in and pick it up at the counter. After standing 5 minutes by the pick up table and totally ignored by 4 people hanging at the kitchen area I asked if someone could help me with my order. The woman who passed by me without even looking at my order code started looking for it in their kitchen records, asked my name, asked for the number again and finally told me if I ordered for drive through they can’t give it to me at the counter inside!!!! It’s the same place, same kitchen, you just give it to me not through the window. Stupid horrible customer service. Huge wait when it’s supposed to be fast food!

Everything is good aside from this. People's orders must be double-checked. For example, I ordered 6 nuggets but received only 4 when I got home. Please make sure you have what you ordered before leaving.
