McDonald's Menu Prices at 41 Ranch Dr ★3.6 (825)

01.12.26 12:52pm Ordered 2x Large Coffees and a hot water for mom. Manager Arnulfo said to use the kiosk, which I would have IF only McDonald's employees didn't mess up every order, for example if I add 8 sugars for each cup of coffee it says 16 sugars so they put 16 sugars in each cup so I told him this was the reason I would like to order at the register, so they don't waste coffee remaking it. He then told me to wait, which was fine, they were busy. After paying for the order I noticed the amount is much higher than the normal amount we pay for this same order elsewhere. When I asked him if he charged me for hot water he said yes, $1.85, so the same amount for a large coffee plus tax ($1.85). No way, what a total thief. Thankfully I caught this early and had him refund me. He also told mom senior coffee is $1.30 when every other McDonald's it's $1. Arnulfo gave out free cups of water to everyone else who asked for it before and after I ordered, prompting discrimination issues, AND he tried to be overly friendly to those who ordered or picked up after I did. I'll be reporting him to corporate as his attitude and behavior was unacceptable towards me just for me asking him to ring up the order instead of using the kiosk. If Arnulfo doesn't have the continued patience needed to be in a service industry he needs to be replaced otherwise Arnulfo passes his disrespectful attitude onto the customers who patron the business establishment Arnulfo works for, creating an untrustworthy environment for the customer. Arnulfo did make fresh coffee for us, so that's a plus. Receipt proof attached.

These guys are the real MVP — I work nights at Amazon Delivery close by and these guys are the best when you need a quick meal and are short on time. These guys have gotten me through the busy peak season on a weekly basis. My food always comes out fresh and hot, the drive through experience is always quick and pleasant, and the employees are always nice and treat you with courtesy and respect. 10/10 experience here every time — really appreciate and thank you to all of the hardworking employees at this McDonalds!

I don't know how hard it is to work at McDonald's. These days, but I worked at 1 when I was a teenager, and it was not that difficult. These people cannot get your order right to save their lives. It's always a problem or th ey are always forgetting something. I don't care what time you go in. It is always a problem. I will be shocked if they come up and give you the right order. They need help

Very modern ugly! As you walk in a foul rotten stench hits you. The seating area is horrendous with the restroom doors opening straight into the dining seatings. Everytime someone went in that distinct dried up foul urine smell escapes into the dining area destroying your appetite.

These people don't understand what they are doing so much that they simply ruin my day. I came in the morning to pick up my breakfast mobile order - they didn't put bacon on it, they didn't put strawberry syrup on it! I had to go back a second time! Wasting my time! By the way, I pay money and I want to get everything on time! Maybe McDonald's will start hiring people who at least minimally test their level of development? They were also unhappy that I expressed my dissatisfaction! In their opinion, nothing terrible happened! Taking someone else's time is normal for them! Where do you get such people? Why do they hire people like that? My day is ruined in the morning! The lowest score and I will try not to have breakfast at McDonald's! This is not the first or second time - this happens regularly in many McDonald's restaurants.
