I finally had the time to come to this McDonald's after driving past it on the freeway a couple of time since they open. I placed my order through the mobile app. I got two hot and spicy McChicken, a large French fries and a large coke. I used the app deal on the any size drink then you get any size fries. I chose drive thru as my pickup option since I didn't know the parking situation here. When I came, they have a decent size lot and even have EV charging stations. There were a couple of cars in the drive thru which there are two lanes. The drive thru took awhile so I would recommend going inside to pick it up there so it would be quicker. This was the first McDonald in a while that didn't fill my soda all the way to the top of the cup. The fries were delicious and the spicy McChicken was good.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. There was no bacon and a spicy sauce on the sandwich? I knew something was wrong before I opened it because it smelled very weird as I opened the bag.

Stop to use the restroom ordered a medium fries when I got the they were not fresh and they tasted like freezer burn or they been setting the bag of frozen fries out all morning I ask for a fresh batch and Al the gave me a fresh bag of the same fries this has been an issue coming to any food I places in the valley and I starting to under stand that Los Angels aka any place on the other side of Hollywood hills have to make sure that the food is fresh because the customer on that side do complain I guess valley pepper eat anything

It was very busy for breakfast, it was clean and had a pleasant odor. Some McDonald’s have some weird smells. While I was waiting for my to go meal, one of the employees walked around to each table to ask If everything was ok and if they neeeded anything. Including myself. I’ve never seen that at a McDonald’s so I was impressed. If I had to have a gripe, it would be the odd buzzing sound that was on the whole time. Other than that great atmosphere, great service, hot food.

A major disappointment, I never write reviews at all. But my experience at this particular mcdonald's was abysmal. I've been to many mcdonald's across California and this may be the worst one yet. Went to order at the kiosk because of course no one is at the register. I tried to take my order 2 times but after each time I'd pay it would say that the items I'd want were out of stock and it'd cancel my order. Then I went to the cash register, waited a god awful amount of time for someone to take my order. The service was horrible, the staff looked like they had no idea what they were doing for the most part, I was at that mcdonald's for about half an hour for some food. Now I see why people hate hiring young people because of experiences like this, the whole crew was mainly people who looked no more than 22. And service was excruciatingly slow. And its these type of young people who get the jobs and who make other employers see that teens don't do their jobs right and that affects the rest of the people of my age who actually want jobs but are stopped because we are teenagers. So to whoever is the manager is please train your employees and make sure they are active in their job because issues with service seems to be a frequent issue with this location. So do better at training your employees.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses.
