The people are nice, but they are very slow and it takes awhile for food to be prepared, even if you order quite a bit ahead in the app. You still have to wait sometimes 15 minutes in the store even for online orders. So, I would aware of that before going if you are in a rush.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I was given a courtesy coupon by a regional manager, Diana, due to a problem at another store. However, when I attempted to redeem the coupon at this location, the employee refused to accept it. Instead of trying to verify the situation or assist me, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked them to contact Diana — the regional manager who issued the coupon and whose phone number I had — I was simply ignored. There was no effort to resolve the issue, no willingness to escalate, and no basic courtesy. The entire interaction turned into a sequence of poor service and frustration. I felt embarrassed and disrespected for attempting to use a legitimate courtesy coupon issued by the company itself. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and customer service standards. I hope management reviews this incident and ensures staff are properly trained to handle these situations professionally.

Awesome experience at this McDonald's so glad that the frozen drink machine was working. We always go to the McDonald's on Temple and Alvarado and their machine is never working. Thank you for being awesome McDonald's. Staff was absolutely amazing as we'll definitely be returning and I personally highly recommend this McDonald's.

Stop by really quickly to get some fries order was taken promptly through drive-through. When approaching the 1st window to pay staff members seemed really tired and done, when approaching the 2nd window to pay stuff member was kind and even gave me extra sauce when I asked for it. Drive-through had very ample space for driving with bigger cars
