McDonald's Menu Prices at 5020 Long Beach Blvd ★3.5 (2455)

I am very disappointed with the quality control at the McDonald’s located at 5020 Long Beach Blvd. On multiple occasions, orders have been incorrect, incomplete, or poorly prepared, which shows a lack of basic attention to detail and proper checks before handing food to customers. Quality control is essential in food service, and unfortunately this location consistently falls short. Customers should not have to double-check their orders every visit or return to fix avoidable mistakes. Management should seriously review staff training and internal procedures to improve accuracy and overall service standards. Until meaningful improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.

I asked for a cappuccino they charged me 4.30 then proceeded to give me a cup half empty full of foam I asked them to fix it they said the machine gives specific amounts and in order to fill it all the way they would have to charge me again 4.30 and they would get burned if they filled the cup because it would overflow then asked if I wanted them to add coffee . Why oh why are y’all not providing better service quality this is ridiculous McDonalds please do better I’d like a refund for my 4.30 because of they poor quality and in y’all promos it’s full but in reality yall scamming us do better

Oftentimes, I do not get the order correct besides being too slow. When minimum wage used to be lower, service was better and faster, now their minimum wage increased their service decrease and became slower. That tells you everything.

Every morning around 6am I’m greeted with a “good morning” and they are quick to notice and take my order. Maritza on the morning crew is one of the best I’ve been meaning to write this review days ago and yet I’m reminded to do it from the outstanding customer service that Maritza continues to give. The lady with the pink hair as well is very nice and attentive and I appreciate what this morning crew has to offer. Proof that customer service is still alive!!.

I didn't catch his name, but the guy cleaning and watching over the lobby was super friendly you can tell he's the type of guy that does a good job and works hard regardless of who's watching who's watching. There was also another younger guy working at the food service window wearing a yellow vest whom I'm guessing also brought out the curbside orders. He was also a really hard worker, and very friendly. I was there around noon on Saturday September 27th 2025 I hope these guys get the recognition they deserve.
