McDonald's Menu Prices at 3123 Hacienda Blvd ★3.7 (1357)

I'm doing this bit where I am searching for McDonald's whose employees have respect to serve not only speed, but the quality of their food. The filet o fish is one of McDonald's most neglected meal ever served at any branch in any city of Southern California. I came in through drive thru and ordered the filet o fish and I gotta say, the employees that worked that Friday afternoon 9/26/25, were spot on. The cheese was actually on the bottom bun and not hanging off, the sauce was center and not too much/little. All was just right! Great job ����🏼

My doggy (service) knows what McDonald’s is and loves it. There is an elderly lady here (possibly manager) and is very rude. She rudely said “dogs are not allowed, you have to leave. I’m getting ready to leave and she repeats it again. I can’t dine in, I walk here since it’s close and I can’t pick up drive through or curbside and I can’t pick up counter. The elder lady said “wait outside we’ll bring your food out” then proceeded to leave it on pick up rack for like 20 minutes and didn’t bring my order out. Everyone else in here is amazing. Very nice interior design.

So this is a smaller restaurant on the corner with very tight navigation through the parking. There’s a really tight turn from the Hacienda entrance that many hit the small curb that I’m assuming is supposed to keep people from hitting other cars. The area gets even tighter when there are cars parked waiting for their food from the drive thru. It’s also dangerous for the poor workers who had to go out and give food as others cars are trying to enter. The place is also automated but the thing last working was very helpful as I watched her assist customers with their orders. The good overall was good with crunchy chicken nuggets and fries and a mango drink. We received our order pretty quick but there seems to be a sign that sets a 30 minute time limit on your visit which we didn’t abide by 😂. I found this place to be very unfriendly, except for the one young worker. We definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

Oh my god, there’s a lady who was here at night who has the BIGGEST attitude and will literally shout at you through the drive thru speaker. I gave her my code for an item and added a second item to my order. My mom also wanted to order so she asked to make a separate order. The first young lady at the speaker was kind and provided great customer service and asked my mom for a moment to finish up my order before starting hers. We said okay, and after a few seconds the young lady asked to repeat my order’s code. My mom read it out to her again from my phone, then out of nowhere the second older lady jumped on the speaker and yelled asking for the code because something had happened with the computer that made the order not process. My mom is very soft-spoken so I reached over and gave her the same tone of voice and volume until she got both our orders correct because she definitely got the right one today. And she knows what she did because she refused to give her name at the window, but she wore an undersized purple shirt, slicked back ponytail braid, in her forties easily. I felt so so so sorry for the young lady or honestly anyone who has to work a shift with that bitter sour woman. McDonald’s, this is who represents you? Do better.

I waited 20mins at the curbside parking space without getting my food. At the end I have to go into the store to get my online order. That’s just the beginning of the nightmare! The fries taste like it’s fried in an oil that hasn’t been changed for days. I can smell sweet potato on my potato fries. Either they don’t change oil or the employees fried their own food in the fryer. Not only that. The cup is leaking and my cup holder is now flooded with sweet tea. Avoid this location if you can!
