McDonald's Menu Prices at 3990 Decoto Rd ★3.5 (1379)

Yet another McDonalds now running the “Paper Bag for Fries” rip off. I’m sorry but you can say the weight of the large fries is the same between the carboard and paper bags, but that’s complete crap. Its half the freakin size. And then their McFlurries have also been halved in size. Way overpriced.

I used the mobile app to place a drive thru order and was told to park in their curbside parking to wait for my order to be completed. This location always does this and I cannot remember the last time my order was just handed to me through the drive thru window. I really don't mind having to do this in itself, and normally someone will come out to hand you your order within 5 - 15 minutes. Someone did come to my car relatively quickly but they had a different person's order. I told the employee that that wasn't my order so she went back inside without finding who that order belonged to. I then waited for about 30 minutes in that parking spot without anyone else coming back out. The car in the curbside parking spot next to me, who was there before I arrived, also got impatient and had to go inside to collect his order (I assume the first order that went to my car was his). I went inside a short time after him. Many of the employees saw me waiting to speak to them and did not want to acknowledge me. When I did eventually get to talk to someone I explained to her that I was told to wait in the curbside, she was initially dismissive, telling me I was supposed to have gone through the drive thru. I explained it again to her to which she apologized for the mistake and offered me a free pie. I then had to wait another 10 or so minutes because the fries weren't ready. As someone that used to manage a fast food establishment, I get that the customers can tend to be a pain and they probably do get a lot of people coming in mad about mistakes that they as the customer made, but the employees here really need to improve the communication amongst themselves.

A nice clean McDonald's branch stop during work break from caregiving and cleaning for seniors (wherein a 666 automated order and being superstitious) -- free medium fries with a $2+ sugar-free vanilla latte deal! It's good to know fast food chains pay their servers better now in California thanks to state laws. Also no tipping needed. Fries are to make a chips butty sandwich later.

They missed the burger from my son’s happy meal box for the second time… I also paid extra to add lettuce to my burger and there were only 5 small pieces of lettuce. Very unsatisfied.

i’ve lived by this McDonald’s for years now and its always been a great experience there and they recently shut it down to do some construction work on it and when I first walked in after the construction, it looks like a hospital now. Before it was such a calming atmosphere and now it just looks like some type of facility I was like “ok, maybe some of the service is changed” I waited 30 MINUTES for my five dollar meal deal. I usually get my food in like three or five minutes a shorter time like that. It took 30 freaking minutes for them to make my order and also other people were there too in which they were taking way too long. There was also someone who they kept messing up their order. It’s just a whole mess. They really should’ve kept it like it was before. I really expected something different. Hope they fix it.
