McDonald's Menu Prices at 8282 Laguna Blvd ★3.6 (1060)

I would do 0 stars if I could. Dishonest manager. The manager (young female) closes the store earlier than advertised. I visited this McDonalds twice around 12:45 AM (they close at 1 AM) and found all the drive-thru menu's turned off, and despite there been about 3 employees there both times, I was completely ignored the first time and the second time the manager claimed that they close at 12:45 AM. When I visited the closest McDonalds to this location, which was open, the worker said that the locations close at 1 AM and that orders could be placed up to then. When I confronted the original store's manager about it, she lied and said they serve up to closing time. My friend thought I was joking when I explained my experience to her and then a few days later, she told me she experienced the same thing. On the bright side, the frustration encouraged me to cook more.

I was in Drive thro I ordered a FRESH Fish fillet meal and I repeated to the person who took my order to please make sure to be Fresh . she told me I got it don’t worry. When I picked up my order it wasn’t fresh! the fry was cold temperature and Fish was warm. This is not the first time that happen more then 3 times . It was a line in the drive thro I wish i could go back and show them the food so they can see it.

Ordered 4 drinks to take home to my family....2 diet coke, 1 unsweetened tea and a diet dr pepper. Got home, NONE of them were diet, all regular....checked the receipt and they were all inputted correctly, just whoever filled them didnt care to make sure they were diet. Also, when he handed me the drinks he let go of the drink carrier before I had a good grip on them, because he was busy listening to a conversation behind him, causing me to spill them a bit and almost dropping them. Super disappointed since they were just drinks 😔

The store shows an extra value meals sign outside. The sign clearly says the McCrispy sandwich is included in the extra value meals. However when I tried to order it (twice), I was told the McCrispy sandwich is not included in the extra value meals but the McChicken sandwich is included. This is false advertising as the sign outside says the McCrispy is included. McDonald's website also says the McCrispy is included. Either the employees need to be trained, or change the sign.

The good thing about McDonald’s is I know what I will get before I order anything. They may not be the best. But they’re consistent in their food and service. This McDonald’s is always fast and easy with mobile order pickups. I usually get my orders in a couple of minutes after I arrive.
