McDonald's Menu Prices at 9960 E Valley Blvd ★3.9 (1500)

I came here this afternoon to buy a combo meal with a Big Mac. I got a tiny, soft pack of medium fries that were obviously expired. I'm really disappointed.

Huge thank you to Andy great customer service skills very respectful and to Peter who got stuck cleaning up from the night before shift GREAT JOB young man you guys were awsome hope McDonald's knows what a asset you two are to their company! Wish there was more Andy's and Peter's out there! Good job fellas

I came to McDonald's for a late night snack. The doors were closed to go inside so I decided to go to the drive thru. Typically fast food restaurants are open to customers being at the window but I was totally ignored. About four Employee's saw me and proceeded to pass by me. I waved every time an employee pasted by and held my phone to the window with a sign on my phone saying "Am I able to order" nothing. I waiting and nothing. A car then came and their order was taken. As they pulled up the employees then opened the door and proceeded to tell me that if I don't have a car that I wouldn't get any service. I was baffled as I was standing there since 10:42 and it was 10:59 when I was acknowled. Even with 2 other none car paying customers standing outside beside me. The Employees were purposely ignore us 3 standing at the door. Terrible service!

Such a nice and colorful dining area, decor, and play area. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

It's a pity, but this location has gone downhill. They try to save on everything. They gave me a stale Coke. When I asked for a real Coke, I saw the displeasure on the employees' faces. And when I left for work, I discovered they hadn't given me a sandwich, even though I'd only ordered two menus 🤯. I didn't go back because I'd already waited about 10 minutes for my order from the moment I placed it to the moment it was delivered. Over the past few months, they've been giving me Egg McMuffins instead of McMuffins. When I asked to change my order for what I ordered, I was met with dissatisfaction again. And you know what they did? They threw out the egg. And I had to go back again to get a real order because the product has a taste and smell, and I realize I'm being lied to. One time, I went three times to pick up what I ordered and spend 30 min. Just a few months ago, I was spending about $1,100 monthly at this location and considered it the best in area. Now I only go there when I have to, and I encounter problems almost every time. I've been understanding all this time, because I know perfectly well what the service industry is like, but when this happens systematically and I simply don't get what I ordered, then it's not a flow issue. Management of this location, I recommend you pay attention to the work of your employees and compliance with McDonald's standards so you don't lose monthly revenue.
