Worst customer service and they get your order wrong. Let me start by saying that customer service is almost non-existent at this location. I wouldn't be surprised if management replaced staff with a bunch of robots in the future just to be more "efficient." I've been wanting to leave a review at this location for a while now and this was the final straw. During this visit, my girlfriend and I walked in to order from the Kiosk. We only have cash so we had to pay for it at the counter. I walked over to the counter with my receipt and waited 5 minutes without anyone ever acknowledging us. I tried to wave the staff down but it's almost as if everyone was directed to ignore the counter. Even the manager on shift glanced at us and went right back to the fryer. The girl taking the trays to the tables couldn't even say "Welcome" or "I'll be right with you." Instead, she takes some random man's receipt that was behind me for a pick up order, gives him his food, and just continues to go on about her day. There were like 10 other guests waiting for the counter. I understand that it was a busy morning rush and they prioritize drive thru; however; this is almost always the same experience I get when I'm visit this location, doesn't matter the time or day. It would be great if the Kiosk took cash, that way I wouldn't have to inconvenience the staff with taking my payment. They kept me waiting and finally she took my payment for a single sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle. I asked for her manager's name and she said she didn't know, so I told her to tell her manager that I would be reporting my experience to corporate. She said ok and my food came out another 5 minutes later. Got home and realized they got my order wrong. They didn't put cheese or egg on my mcgriddle and charged me full price. I didn't go back because breakfast was already over and I felt that management and staff would of cared less, even though I always giving them my business. I'm not sure if that was a mistake or they intentionally did it as retaliation for saying that I was reporting to corporate; nevertheless they lack professionalism and customer service. Most of the staff at this location needs retraining with the exception of the tall young man working the drive thru. He's alright, but the other girls can't even say "Thank you" and just shove the bag out at you without a smile. They won't even give you a chance to ask for napkins or condiments. It's almost as if staff members are directed to ignore their customers, especially at the counter and the pick-up drive-thru window. With that said, I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have already submitted my feedback to corporate. I'm not expecting any handouts in return. I just hope these managers and staff members get retrained in customer service and focus their attention to the people who are making them money so that other guests don't have the same awful experience I went through.

Wait was quite long. Drive thru cashier was not having the greatest day I assume. We didn’t get the best customer service. Holloween bucket was the only reason we stopped by. There is always an issue we encounter every time we visit this location. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient one for me to access.

I ordered through the app, but they only gave me one wrap instead of two. The staff is terrible. There's a line of five people, and no one's at the checkout. I do not recommend

I honestly don't know how you mess up this badly. We ordered 40 nuggets and 2 large fries through Uber Eats which is not cheap, but received a bag containing a completely different order. The worst part? The wrong order you gave us was missing its fries and drinks, but you still packed the empty cardboard drink carrier inside the bag. You literally put a cup holder in the bag with zero cups in it. So you botched my order, gave me someone else's, and didn't even pack that one right. Do better

Always have a problem with coming here ordered 4 gold sauces and a big mac burger and instead got told they ran out of gold sauce(why say they have it available on the app then?) And instead got a bunch of spicy buffalo what a joke only reason why they get a star was because the manager was there so i was able to get my food picked up no drive thru and even then the employee in there said i need to have a car when i made sure to walk to up the window WHILE CALLING AHEAD OF TIME (manager was LITERALLY right next to her as she said that!) ridiculous location employees here be so rude train ur employees better and maybe ill come back
