McDonald's Menu Prices at 980 E Alosta Ave ★3.9 (1380)

The store looked very dirty. The kids went into the play area. There was a man up in the play structure. There was lots of trash inside the play structure. The man went out the back door that was open to the play area. I went to tell the manager which didn't seem to have time for me. She watched me stand there until I left. To be fare she was busy. The parking lot was very filthy, with wrappers and trash as well. I will never go back. We did not eat here.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally report a customer service concern regarding my recent visit to the McDonald’s located in Azusa (Store #4089). During my visit, I entered the restaurant and waited at the front counter to place an order. Both an employee and the shift supervisor identified as Diana, appeared to notice that I was waiting for an extended period of time; however, I was not acknowledged or assisted in any way. After several additional minutes had passed, I approached them to ask if I was going to be helped. Supervisor Diana informed me that they were completing other orders and stated that I could use the self-service kiosk instead. While I understand that McDonald’s locations are often busy, I found this response disappointing. A simple acknowledgment or brief communication—such as informing me that assistance would be provided shortly—would have gone a long way in demonstrating basic customer care. Unfortunately, that did not occur, and the lack of acknowledgment made me feel undervalued as a customer. This experience ultimately prompted me to contact corporate, as it does not reflect the level of service I expect from McDonald’s. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern. I really only come to this location for breakfast, it's convenient for me. It's on my way to work. I usually get frappes in the morning here which are pretty good, sometimes they forget the way I ordered it at drive through speaker so have to remind them when I get to the window the way I had placed my order. You'll get a bit of attitude from employees but they end up getting it right. They're all youngsters too so im sure they don't care about the job or people skills. I also order their sausage egg mcmuffins never have an issue with those they're made fresh. The hash browns are a hit or miss sometimes you'll get them cold sometimes just warm enough those never seemed to be at the right temperature. The restaurant the times I've been inside a little dirty as well as the drive through and often times they'll have people asking for handouts outside of the restaurant front door and as well as the drive through.

Very unique McDonald's, the flavor is old-school McDonald's. They toasted my bun, my large fries were almost that old supersized amount. Nuggets tasted just better. Great job.

This McDonald’s consistently neglects mobile orders. Everytime I have placed the order 10 minutes in advance and then have to wait in the spot for another 10-20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration I actually timed it this time. My orders are always simple and common items. I also went it to see what the deal was and watched them make several new orders while mine sat on the counter half completed.
