McDonald's Menu Prices at 2517 Del Paso Blvd ★3.1 (2284)

I stopped at McDonald’s thinking I’d just grab a quick burger and move on with my day. Instead I ended up sitting there longer than planned because the meal was surprisingly satisfying. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger simple but balanced, and the service was quick. It’s funny how something so familiar can still hit the spot. Sometimes the best meals aren’t complicated—they’re just reliable, fast, and exactly what you were hoping for.

Observing the preparation process at McDonald’s was surprisingly interesting from a practical perspective. The burger maintained a clear balance between texture and flavor. The fries demonstrated consistent crispness and uniform cooking. While the ingredients are simple, the process is refined and efficient. It’s a small example of how standardized systems can produce reliable results.

Everything was good except for the location. While I was ordering at the drive through, a homeless man kept walking toward me. There are quite a few homeless people in the area, and since I had my kids in the car, I felt a bit nervous. It’s a big McDonald’s, and I was glad to see the classic yellow and red. They still keep the traditional colors here. The staff were super friendly and nice!

Worst McDonald's I am aware of. Today at 12:40, whoever was working window #2 of the drive-thru needs to go! She is terrible, and that is being nice. I ordered for my work mates and was very clear with my usual order. I asked for separate bags but on one payment total. After paying at window #1 and arriving at window #2, there was one bag. I advised I had asked for 2 bags, and she offered to just give me another bag. I asked her if she could do it for me as it would be easier than me doing in while sitting in my vehicle, and she purposely dumped an order of fries upside down in a bag. I also realized I was short a diet coke, and she insisted I did not order one because I was not charged. I said "OK" and ordered the coke, but she would not accept the order. She said I had to drive around and go thru the line again. I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. I don't expect much from McDonald's employees, although most are very good. This one is not. To the owner and McDonald's corporate, this terrible employee is costing you. Cut her loose!

Based on customer service, I would give a negative. I ordered for curbside. I waited 15 minutes. I went inside, was not greeted, there was a long line and not a single customer was being helped. I told them i had been waiting 15 minutes (based on the confirmation email) for my food. All I got was it will be out shortly! What is shortly?! I knew better than to come to this location.
