McDonald's Menu Prices at 37217 47th St E ★3.4 (1922)

This place is horrible. But I still come back because it’s the nearest McDonald’s to me. Many times I have received cold food and the wrong order. I have waited and waited and have come inside multiple times. I am actually currently waiting as I type this. The workers are incompetent it’s so sad. The management is poor. I don’t usually get an apology either.

Honestly, I suggest you go to Jack in the Box or Denny’s across the street for breakfast, or another McDonald’s location. They prioritize drive-thru and pickup orders and ignore walk-in customers. I went on a Sunday, ordered two Breakfast Deluxes, and waited over 30 minutes. I had to get out of my booth and speak to the manager so my order could be made. There were also a lot of people crammed together waiting for their orders. It’s terrible. They have 10+ workers and are still going through an operational bottleneck. It made me want to go in there and attend to the walk-in customers myself and make my own food. I’m never coming back, and I will not fill out a survey. This review should be enough.

This McDonald’s has the worst drive-through service. After waiting in the drive-through, they asked you to pull over so they could bring your food then they take another 20 minutes to bring out your food.

I mostly go to McDonald's for there Fillet Fish sandwiches. Love that warm bun and tartar sauce. The service is through the kiosk, which can be time consuming. Atmosphere is pleasant. I noticed that kids enjoy interacting with the games. What I've noticed also when dealing with the kiosk, if you're paying cash your order is not started until the cashier comes up. I normally use a debit card at the kiosk but I happened to have enough money in my pocket. I wasn't able to deposit money through the kiosk so I had to wait for a cashier. Bad ideal when it's busy.

I never do reviews for restaraunts ever unless its just THAT good, or THAT bad. This is one of the bad ones. Every time I come here they always have me park in the front to wait for my food. And usually i just get a double cheeseburger and a drink. When its busy I can understand. But even when theres only like 3 cars they do this. If you want a burger on 47th street here, theres a primos and jack in the box across the street, and a Toms around the corner.
