McDonald's Menu Prices at 4120 Dale Rd ★3.8 (1105)

I swung by this McDonald’s and hit the drive-through. There was only one other car it just me. I felt like for not being busy. They were a little slow, but overall it’s not a big deal. It looks nice from the outside, I’m sure that it’s nice on the inside. The food was as expected, the only thing I would change about my order was light ketchup I felt like they went heavy on the ketchup.

Order was accurate. Food was cold before we even left the drive thru parking lot. Reached into the bag when we got home (2 minute drive) and seen our sandwich had a bite or something taken our of it through the wrapper? The photo was taken as we took our food out of the bag. Morning shift has excellent customer service and great quality food and temperature. Night shift, needs work. You should uphold your quality standards at all hours of operations. Not only when it's busy.

I go to this location often in the mornings and the staff and service has always been wonderful. I just went tonight, February 11th at about 6:30 and while I was waiting at the drive through window I saw an employee gesture as if she was spitting into a bag of fries, then laugh about it with one of her coworkers. I'm not certain she actually did spit, but I'm no longer taking the risk at this location and encourage anyone reading doesn't either.

The food is always amazing no complaints there. But for service, I would not say the same. These past weeks I have went through the drive-thru and wasted a lot of time. not even receiving my food at the drive-through window, they would then tell me to park into a stall out front, I waited about 30 minutes for a single happy meal and mocha frappe do better McDonald’s, thank you!

Waited at front of cash register to order and someone told me to use the kiosk. She didnt ask or use normal, polite terms. She did not even come up to the register area to tell me. She said it from where she was by the food section. I let her know I cant use it (vision issues), and she said "yes you can". I said I cant, not wanting to explain a health thing from far away. She didnt respond. A few minutes later, she helped someone else waiting at the counter for change and left the area. When I directly asked if I could get help, she responded to give her a minute and then came to help me. I waited several awkward minutes just to place an order because they want costumers to use the kiosk first. I understand being busy, really. Its just about customer service. The woman w the safety vest (stockton dc 21) is not a good leader to her team w the attitude she gave. When I got my order they gave me a strawberry pie instead of 2 apples. When I went to the front again she came after a few minutes and said we dont have apple ready, before I could say anything. I explained i can't eat dairy. She said "okay you want to wait 7 mins?". Im just asking for what I ordered. She got the open pie and closed it again. I didn't see her throw it away, which is weird to me as i put it out in my hand before noticing it wasnt apple. Loved this place for the play area but what a bad experience from a manager. They must have been off as my son even got an egg instead of his chicken nugget happy meal earlier in the day with my mom.
