McDonald's Menu Prices at 711 W Indian School Road ★3.6 (2875)

I go the location on 7 th Ave and Indian school I purchase to frappe's. As we are waiting for our order we realized they were not making them. We go to the front and ask about our order. She goes to drive thru and brings them over. I ask so it's been over there how long. She says we just made it. They not knowing we was paying attention the entire time. They did not just make them. When I was going to say it she says oh I can remake it. I never seen a make donalds give a customer an order that's been sitting and it was never make right then and there . This happening to me just turned my stomach because what if they did this to my food at other locations. I think I'm going to half to say good bye to this company this was there worst experience I had at a McDonald's. And it sucks be 19th and northern never do me like this but seeing this at this location I can't be ok with those this was unacceptable

I ordered a big Mac bundle, the fries were definitely not fresh and had no salt, super bland. The nuggets were brown almost like they got left in an air fryer too long. The big Macs patties were literally folded. The only thing that didnt disappoint was the Coke. Wish I wouldve tooken pictures but didnt think to write a review till after I ate.

I was missing 2 apple pies and medium shake after going threw drive threw so I went in and asked if was rudly treated as if im lieing so I go back to my car grab receipts and the same manager wouldn't even bother coming up to the front I have a feeling its because im a trangender.. but even so I paid for product I didn't receive and was treated as if im a bum ... im a manager my self on 24th and Thomas and I could never

Paid 3 dollars for an extra patty instead got a single one, unfortunately living 20 minutes away I didn't check until I got home. CHECK YOUR ORDERS

Here’s a long, dramatic, shocking-in-the-best-way review for Maria R., packed with emotion, humor, and that “I can’t believe I experienced this at McDonald’s” energy: ⸻ If I could give Maria R. at the McDonald’s on 7th Ave & Indian School a thousand stars, I would, because what I experienced tonight was not customer service… it was a full-on spiritual awakening served with fries. From the moment we walked in, Maria didn’t just take our order — she took our hearts, our stress, our entire emotional baggage, and handled it with more care than half the people in our lives ever have. I swear this woman must have been trained by angels, licensed by heaven, and blessed by the universe because the compassion she showed us was almost shocking. And I mean SHOCKING. At McDonald’s?? On a random night?? On 7th & Indian School??? Ma’am, I was not prepared. Maria R. greeted us with a smile so warm I genuinely questioned if I’d walked into the wrong building. She treated us like we were her own family — and not the family you roll your eyes at during Thanksgiving, but the family you actually love and brag about. The way she listened, the way she spoke to us with kindness, the way she made sure our food was fresh, correct, and handled with actual human care — I have had nurses, therapists, and airline staff treat me worse. And yet here’s Maria, in her McDonald’s uniform, out here healing the community one order at a time. At one point I’m pretty sure the room got brighter. I can’t confirm if the lights changed or if Maria’s love just radiated that hard. She is the definition of going above and beyond. She is the reason people believe there’s still good in the world. She is the unexpected blessing you don’t see coming but desperately needed. If McDonald’s corporate doesn’t give this woman a raise, a crown, and maybe even a national holiday — I will protest. Peacefully. But dramatically. Maria R., thank you for treating us with genuine human compassion, real love, and kindness that shook us to our core. You turned a simple food stop into an unforgettable experience, and honestly? You deserve everything good this world has to offer. McDonald’s, hold onto her tight — because an employee like Maria doesn’t come around often.
