McDonald's Menu Prices at 909 North Dobson Road ★3.4 (1506)

I’ve bought breakfast at this location several times… 2 out of 3, my order was not made correctly. I love McDonalds breakfast, but I’ll avoid breakfast from this location because of the mistakes. I had to go home and make my own eggs to put in my sandwich AND the employee killed my coffee with creamer and didn’t put the sweetener in it… Ugh I even made a small pot at home to mix with the cup of creamer I got from this location.

The large fries are actually medium, they just put them in a bigger box and charge you more. I asked, "are these large?" She said yes. I didn't argue. But they didn't even make it to the to of the box. I didn't take any out of either container.

Like others. I gave this McDonald’s another try…. I gave the order number in drive thru for my app order, the guy never said anything. I thought he didn’t find my order since he never said anything. By double cheeseburger bun was extra toasted! But the worst was that I went there to get an iced coffee, obviously cause I need my coffee. I look at it and think to myself, this looks so wrong. Sure enough… the coffee taste like if they re-brewed over a used coffee back. So basically a watered down coffee with a bunch of milk!!! I guess that teaches me a lesson to not try and trust that a different day will be any better to any other experience I’ve had there. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for over 10 yrs, 5 of my family were there for years. This service is unacceptable. As it seems to happen more then needed to. I understand a bad day but seems to be a bad day every day.

Placed an online order and cancelled same day and same time i ordered it then called the store on 12/09/25 was told from a woman to give it 5 bds to refund, that time flew by and no refund as we are now 12/21/25 called again to see what needed to be done about the refund, then woman that answered said to call before 12pm thats what I did then was told to come into the store then thats what i did at 8am then was told only a GM can approve of it as it was a big purchase ($40) and the woman said she would reach out to GM then to approve and give me a call. Left to work, Waited 5hrs nothing so i called and then its told i have to go into the store for a refund on Monday. Took $40 from me and having me do a run around for a refund for an order i never got.

Place is trashed, food over priced, charge even for single cup of sauce. With the prices youd think you can at least get a bbq sauce. Add this to my list of places to never go. Recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to spend $16 on a crap burger meal. Better off at red Robin or chilis ijs
