McDonald's Menu Prices at 1702 Hwy 412 West ★3.5 (2245)

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been at. The tea is weak, you ask for easy ice and they fill it up, the french fries is only half full in the container, and they're always missing stuff in the drive-thru. Inside dining they don't take care of it. I'm not going back to this location.

I went through the Drive-through the person who took my order was very nice. The girl who took my money was very efficient however, when I went to pick up my food, the large fry was empty with old fries in it. I went back through the drive-through told him about the situation went to the second window, THE MANAGER Took the large fries back add more old fries on top of it and handed it back to me. If you worked at fast food, you know that was cross contamination first and foremost she should’ve just thrown them away. Second, She didn’t give me fresh fries, the second time around. She was very rude and she has shitty customer service. Would not recommend if they will cross contaminate through the window. God knows how clean that place is not.

I love McDonald's for breakfast. The burritos are pretty good. I had been to this McDonald's when i was in town before and they were very good. That was 3 years ago. But today i felt like the heavy not that waited on me didn't want to be there at all. I felt like i was bothering him just being there. I didn't get his name but he was a heavier black guy. I figure if your done want to be there quit

Myself and a friend went through the drive thru. Summer was so sweet and nice! She single handedly turned McDonald's into a destination!! When you go there ask for a Summer!! Thank you McDonald's! You train your staff well!!

We had breakfast around 10. The tables were mostly dirty, the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned from the previous day. No napkins in either dispenser, but there was a roll of paper towels. The front counter had dried rings from drinks and hair stuck on the sticky counters. We waited for several minutes for a drink refill. As we were waiting, there were 3 employees that were passing some kind of food around taking bites as they were also packing up food for the orders. There were people at 2 other tables. One lady was using hand sanitizer and paper towels to clean their table. The drive thru appeared busy. This was the nastiest restaurant we've ever been to.
