I am absolutely astonished at how unfresh our food was. The fries had these weird peppery black flakes, the bacon tasted like it sat out all day, and most of the food was soggy and cold. Had my boyfriend pick it up for me while I was in the hospital, and I’m beyond disappointed.

I ordered on the app like we always do and waited in a spot for over 20 minutes. I sat and watched as people pulled up to curbside, wait a couple min, get their food, and drive off. The excuse when I went inside was (and yes! I had to go in to get my food!) well we didn't get it on our end when clearly our burgers were done and sitting there. So that was lie #1. Lie #2 was they were waiting on fries when I saw a whole thing just full and I mean FULL of fries. I will never come back here. The workers were rude, didn't even help me as soon as I came in, I had to wait, again. I get it can get busy but this. This was the WORST experience I've ever had! Get nicer and better staff. Too bad I can't post a picture of the slop they served us. This store outta be ashamed of themselves.

The food was absolutely horrible. The lady who was working the counter ran off for about 15-20 mins. She came looked like she was crying. By the looks of what was going on at the store there was no reason for that at all. Also no one would help the peope standing there waiting to pay. All the managers were staying in the back just talking to each other and not helping out. The guy at the fry station took his hat off to rub his forehead and touched his hair didnt go and watch his hands just kept working. They need to do an inspection on this place. God only knows what else they are doing they shouldn't be. Probably wont be back to this location.

The main street location consistently gives me the wrong item. But specifically I order a sausage mcmuffin but when I get my order it's a sausage biscuit. Today after waiting approx 15 mins asked to pull forward I get the sausage biscuit and go back in line. They literally took the sausage biscuit back and asked me to pull forward again. That in itself is problematic to me. I hope they didn't serve it to the next person who ordered a sausage biscuit. I waited another 10-15 mins and went in stating what happened yo have a guy say why didn't you make that sandwich to some workers, I had enough and wanted to get a refund and leave. After about 3 mins of fumbling around I get my money and he states I would really like to get your sandwich of which I about lost it. How hard is it to pay attention and get the order correct and not have people wait so long. And no it was extremely busy. This is multiple times I have had this happen. I would NOT go back if it wasn't for my grandchildren who don't understand. Buy i will drive yo the opposite end of town to get the correct service. Please do not ask me to return a incorrect item you serve me because it really questions your health issues with me.

We were rushed by the person taking our order. We were also missing 2 items and food wasn't prepared correctly but the manager spoke with us and corrected food and replaced missing items.
